Review: Called the company on 5/26/14 to report issues with the AC system. Technician ([redacted]) came out 5/27/14 and discovered a bug fused to the contactor. Took apart contactor, cleaned it out and repaired it. Stated if problem persisted would need to replace part. Called again on 6/16/14 and stated we were having problems will the system again. On 6/17/14 [redacted] returned and "Found bad contractor relay. R&R contactor, rewire, bring into operation." System stopped working that evening/ early morning 6/18/14. Called again and [redacted] stated it took time for the new part to be worked in. System did not work during the day was up to 89 degrees in the house. That evening called the [redacted] company because there is still a warrenty on the system and asked for a different company to help service it. Complete HVAC sent a technician on 6/19/2014.Technician discovered "compressor locked out due to an internal overload caused by a switch being by passed and wired incorrectly." Damage has been caused to the compressor due to the overload and overheating beacuse of faulty work. Current company stated that was caused by faulty workmanship done previously. System could not be fixed on 6/19/14. Waiting for system to "unlock" so it can be worked on. Expecting Complete HVAC to return on 6/20/14 to fix issues.Desired Settlement: Desire a full refund from Air King Inc. ($525.00) and to pay for extra charges to get system fixed and operational due to faulty work causing more damages in the system which is less than 4 years old.
