I have a ford fsupercab 4xpickup truck that I purchased newin I purchased a new pound lance slide in truck camper and put it in the bed of my truck.before I had the airlift loadlifter airbags model # installed at [redacted] on [redacted] ,the truck was squatting in the rear bigtime.I got a lot of sway when turning or changing lanes.when I was going straight down the highway the truck would kind of buck or hop at 55mph or faster.it kinda felt like there was something wrong with my engine after [redacted] installed the airbags, the problems were solved.my truck almost drove like there was no pound camper on the back of it.no more uncontrollable swaying,no more bucking at highway speed.no more squating.the difference was like night and day.I was completely satisfied with my airbags in I went to put the camper on my truck.one airbag was not inflating.I heard the air coming out from the airbag area.after further inspection, the airbag was intact but the elbow fitting that attaches the fill hose to the airbag had cracked.the air was coming from the broken off fitting,I called airlift and within a few minutes they located the model# and part .it was sent to me free of any chargeswoohoo ! a few weeks later I went to replace the broken partin the process, the nuts that hold the u-bolts to the bottom bracket and my leaf springs were rusted and frozenthe u bolts snappedi called back airlift and with no hassles or questions asked , they sent me new u-bolts and nutsi have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience dealing with a company and a warranty issue 100% awesome keep up the great service airlift

Super great company! Ordered airlift Vmanagement system for my hatch and they went above and beyond to get me everything I needed VERY QUICKI would order from them again and again if my wallet allowedbest customer service I've ever dealt with to do with anything

I've tried contacting Air Lift numerous times to discuss quality issues with their product and have never received a response from Air Lift I purchased an Air Lift controller and compressor (25856) and suspension system (57295) on 4/11/16, first contacted Air Lift on 9/13/due to product defects which should be covered under warranty as well as following up on a Rebate that was never processed by Air Lift Air Lift has not returned any email inquiries or phone calls The Load Controller (25856) leaks air from the schrader valve and the rubber boot covering this valve and the lift actuation button is torn

+1

Have not received my deposit & part charged refund past weeks nowPhone messages I leave are not returned
My Air Lift system stopped working (purchased July 2016) and is under warranty for parts, but not labor I called Air Lift and they said to take it to an authorized dealer, which I did (Dirty Racing Products (DRP), Green Cove Springs, FL) At DRP, they determined it to be a $part that need replaced Air Lift required me to put a $deposit via credit card to ship the part, which I did on 2/23/ Once the part was received, DRP installed it and that stopped the clicking noise I was experiencing l, as well as the system was able to hold air, but my remote did not work still DRP called Air Lift and was told to install a new relay, which they had onhand at DRP Once installed, the system functioned as intended I had to pay DRP $for labor (labor is not covered by the warranty) and $for the relayDRP shipped the faulty $part back to Air Lift that dame day

Not even close to being worth the money The warranty Vsthe initial price is terrible My kit is on a 4500/ram and other than being able to adjust height it doesnt ride much different than the OEM springs It doesnt maintain preset heights so you are constantly resetting them so your mudflaps dont drag Simply said, it isnt worth the money!

I have a 1997 ford f250 supercab 4x4 pickup truck that I purchased new. in 2004 I purchased a new 3000 pound lance slide in truck camper and put it in the bed of my truck.before I had the airlift loadlifter 5000 airbags model # 88215 installed at [redacted] on [redacted],the truck was squatting in the rear bigtime.I got a lot of sway when turning or changing lanes.when I was going straight down the highway the truck would kind of buck or hop at 55mph or faster.it kinda felt like there was something wrong with my engine.
after [redacted] installed the airbags, the problems were solved.my truck almost drove like there was no 3000 pound camper on the back of it.no more uncontrollable swaying,no more bucking at highway speed.no more squating.the difference was like night and day.I was completely satisfied with my airbags.
in 2014 I went to put the camper on my truck.one airbag was not inflating.I heard the air coming out from the airbag area.after further inspection, the airbag was intact but the elbow fitting that attaches the fill hose to the airbag had cracked.the air was coming from the broken off fitting,I called airlift and within a few minutes they located the model# and part .it was sent to me free of any charges. woohoo !
a few weeks later I went to replace the broken part. in the process, the nuts that hold the u-bolts to the bottom bracket and my leaf springs were rusted and frozen. the u bolts snapped. I called back airlift and with no hassles or questions asked , they sent me new u-bolts and nuts. I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience dealing with a company and a warranty issue . 100% awesome .
keep up the great service airlift.

I have been an Airlift customer for 2 years now. I have made multiple orders from them after parts breaking (due to human error not faulty parts) and they were nothing but helpful finding the exact part and getting it to me asap. They have made a life ling customer out of me and I look forward to using their parts on my next car!
