Upon investigation of the customers complaint it appears when he returned his cylinders and cancelled his leases on those
cylinders that one cylinder was missed and the credit was not applied properlyExtra rental charges were also applied due to the error that put an extra dollar balance on the customers account that he was not aware ofThe resolution will be to create the proper billing adjustments to clear off the customers balance and ensure all cylinders are off of his accountCustomer has been contacted directly to be advised of that fact

recognize that we take all complaints very seriously and we have investigated this matter thoroughlyWith regards to the letter that our client receivedThis letter in no way was a collections letterThe client received a letter from a Third Party we have hired to help support our collection effortsWe are well aware of some of our billing issues we have had over the last several months while we complete our *** upgradeWe have hired additional staff to handle the increase in phone calls and would hope that our client would see this improvementWe take Customer Service very serious and have discussed with all our staff how important it is to treat our customers like we would want to be treated ourselves
