In response to [redacted] ***'s complaint, before even reading it, less than 12 hours later I reached out to him to discuss the situation and we quickly came to a resolution in the matter. It was an unfortunate case of a bad unit that we have since replaced for [redacted] . Air Logik is... not a negligent company that would ever intentionally harm a business, however, being a small, sol-prop company does mean we cannot always get to a job site asap but certainly should have replied to Mr. King's communications attempts sooner. Upon realizing the urgency in which Mr. [redacted] needed the unit fixed, we offered to replace it at no cost to him, and did so within 24 hours. Mr. [redacted] was so grateful and happy, that he offered to forgive the revenue lost from not having his A/C running when needed, as well as kindly offering to pay $500.00 towards the new unit, which he did on his own accord via [redacted] . The matter has been resolved and both Air Logik and [redacted] can continue to work towards positive futures, and hopefully together again in the future!
