Came within 24 hours on a Saturday during the busy season for an emergency repair. Fast and professional!

Before closing on a home purchase, an inspection was performed. The A/C unit pan in the attic had water in it. The current owner paid to have Air Man resolve the issue. We had the home reinspected with the finding there was still water in the pan. We were given a copy of the receipt and was told Air Man would come back out, so we went ahead and purchased the house. I have made 2 appointments and Air Man was a no show both times with no follow up courtesy call. Upon calling a third time, all the man could do was apologize and stated he would come out. Why would I belief the same person the third time? I recommend that no one contact Air Man for services.

I was given an estimate that was almost too good to be true. Scheduled for 2 days later.
The Air Man crew were prompt, very courteous, had the old system out and the new installed
within just a few hours. I had requested a couple of special alterations and they went above and
beyond, to exceed my expectations. I could tell they genuinely care about doing the job right.
The system I purchased was a 16 seer trane heat pump and air handler, which is a variable speed
single stage unit. Not everyone knows how to install such a complicated system, but they completed it flawlessly. I highly recommend this company who are the friendliest Air Conditioning

Needing to replace my hot water heater, the Airman A/C representative suggested a tankless hot water due to it never running out of hot water. This turned out to be one of the best decision I have ever made. The unlimited hot water filled my whirlpool tub effortlessly. It was great. Airman installers did a very professional installation and the new heaters are working as promised.

Alan was very knowledgeable and instantly gained my trust by not trying to tell me everything in the world was wrong with my heat/air unit. He checked several different things and let me know what was wrong, how it happened and even showed me pictures of the problem. He let me know step by step what he was doing while he was working. I highly recommend Air Man. Our first experience was Oct. 2018. We had just gotten home after a 2-hour drive from my mother's funeral and discovered our AC unit in attic was leaking when we saw water on floor. This was just a few minutes before 5:00pm. We called Air Man, and Alan came out within 30 minutes. Not only did he correct the problem, he was so polite and professional. That experience made a customer out of us! Last week, Alan was out to do a maintenance check on AC units and found that the downstairs unit was on the verge of going out. Rather than wait and let this happen, we decided to go ahead and have the unit replaced. Alan got all the paperwork filled out and scheduled replacement for the next day. We were again so pleased with the crew's professional and polite manner. Caleb, Dawson, and Trey could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. The installation required several trips up narrow steep stairs - after the installation was done, Caleb and Dawson made sure we were comfortable with the new thermostat and even offered to clean the stairs/floor/porch area where they had to be back and forth with the AC units. These are really hard-working guys! I highly recommend Air Man - they do a great job and you could not find nicer people to work with.

Service like it should be. They responded to a quote request in a timely manner and even responded fast with another quote. The installation day they were on time and very professional. The techs were Dawson and Trey and they were very careful and kept me aware of changes being made to my house for the installation and got my ok on every step. They didn't just drill through the brick exterior- they asked for my ok before they did it. The mini-split was sized right for my garage and the work was done properly. Every time they had to leave , they informed me as to why they were leaving and when they would return.
These guys are good and do it like it should be done.

I usually don't leave reviews unless I had a really bad experience, but I had to make an except this time and put a review about the Air Man Air Conditioning. Alan came to my home for a service maintenance and he was great. He was very professional, knowledgable, arrive on time and gave me tips to better use my AC. This is only my second year of use from this company, but I will from now on call the Air Man Air Conditioning for any future maintenance or issues. Unfortunately both of our Units went out within a week of each other. My wife being the researcher she is started googling and reading reviews. We wound up calling The Air Man at 10:00 on a Friday night expecting to leave a message to have someone call us back at their convenience. To our surprise Vince answered the call himself, and showed up Saturday morning to look at what we needed and get the process started. I must say they made the process of replacing 2 complete units as painless as that can be. These new Trane units are amazing, so efficient, and unbeleivably quite. If your not standing beside the unit you won't ever know it's running. We used to hear it through the whole house every time one of the units kicked on, now when we hear a unit kick in we know it's the neighbors. We can literally hear theirs over ours. The whole crew was very knowledgable, friendly, professional, and fast. Thanks so much to The Air Man, Trey, Chase, Caleb, Dawson, & Dustin. We are customers for life!!!

I've been with Vince since 2011 when I needed my heating and ac units replaced. He and his crew are experts, and they are quick and efficient. Vince is always easy to work with when any problems arise whether it's regular maintenance or a lightning strike damaging your system. If you have any HVAC problems and need someone reliable and professional, Vince is your man.

Air Man Air came to my home and diagnosed my air conditioner as terminal. Alan, the service man explained all the options and we decided to have it replaced with a new air conditioner. The following day a crew of Caleb, Dawson, and Dustin came at 8:00 a.m. and started to work taking the old air out and putting a new one in. These guys were up in our extremely hot attic and they worked until they got it up and running. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and knew what they were doing. We could not ask for a better crew! This is a 5 star group! GREAT TEAM!

This was the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They came out, gave us a quote. we accepted and they were here the next day to install not 1 but 2 units. They had to do some additional work because the previous companies did their work incorrectly. There was a leak in the line in the break wall and they were very careful in removing all the bricks needed to get to the repair. There was also an issue with the air handling unit. it did not seem to bother them. They just corrected the problem and went on about their business. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. all of the employees are very courteous and knowledgeable, not to mention polite. This is the best experience in dealing with heating and air companies we have ever had. highly recommend them. I would give them more than 5 stars

My husband is currently deployed and I came home to my house being 83 degrees. I called at 7:21 PM and they were here and had my air fixed by 7:45 PM! Very pleased with their work and so appreciative of their willingness to take care of me! Highly recommend this business!

We are very happy with the honesty and integrity that we have experienced with this company. They were fast, efficient and did work that we feel was excellent in nature.

Airman installed an entire new trane system for me 3 years ago for not much more than a competitor was charging for a generic system with minimal warranty. No matter how hot it is, I am cool as a cucumber. They just came for their spring checkup of our system and are very thorough: cleaned it all out, checked freon levels, etc. I can't recommend them or their products more.

Great experience with this company for the past 3 years. They have always responded quickly and gave clear explanation to every part of the job they were doing. Their technicians are curteous and friendly. 'They tell you what you need and do not push to sell anything that you do not.

Awesome service!! From the time I called Airman to the time they arrived to install my unit was less than 12 hours. Out of the 4 other companies I contacted, Airman was the only one that came to my house instead of giving me a quote over the phone. Their customer care is unmatched.
