Service call July for lack of cooling, added Freon, returned the next day for again lack of cooling/leak, ordered coils and waited for HSA approval, Aug appointment (days later) cancelled by Air Master because of employee problems, rescheduled the next day to remove coils and find out they order the wrong part, now no air and worse then before we started If it wasn't for the extremely nice receptionist, I would have removed them from my home weeks ago! I am now seeking a different provider
