I usually don't take the time to write a review about any companies I do business with, however, Air Masters was exceptionally great I was called a day before my appointment as a reminder which is great because I stay busy and sometimes forget My technician [redacted] was on time and very polite He even put booties on his shoes before entering my home I had another Air Conditioning company out days before and I was getting a second opinion from Air Masters The other company told me that my year old system was shot and needed to be replaced [redacted] let me know that my unit didn't need to be replaced it just needed a few parts, less than $300, and to make sure to keep up on the maintenance It was so refreshing, especially as a woman, to have an honest and great experience with an Air Conditioning company I would and will recommend Air Masters to anyone and everyone who needs a trustworthy and honest company

I paid them $to do coil cleaning on ACs and they didn't do itThey took our money and ranI am filing with the Arizona Registrar of ContractorsShame on you ***

I paid them $1200 to do coil cleaning on 6 ACs and they didn't do it. They took our money and ran. I am filing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Shame on you [redacted].

I contacted [redacted] about 5 minutes before writing this response via E-mail.  I did speak with [redacted] quite a while ago and promised her I would send refund check in the mail.  I apologize that refund check never made it.  I do owe Mrs. [redacted] the $499 for a cancelled...

Preventative Maintenance Agreement.  I will get that refund check in the mail by the end of the week of January27-Feb.1, 2014.  I will send E Mail correspondence with Mrs. [redacted] to let her know the day this refund is put in the mail, and the check number of her refund.  We apologize at Air Masters Heating and Air Conditioning that this was handled the way it was and not sent sooner.
