I will be happy to set up a meeting with the HVAC Company that repaired the work, as well as supply a copy of the report at the meeting. It's not just my word against his, it's the inspector, the inspectors reports, and the current HVAC Company and the electrician. His accusing me of taking advantage of people is laughable.My life involves mission work and helping others who are less fortunate, it is not about taking advantage of others. The accusation that he made stating I'm going through a bitter divorce makes me chuckleAgain, I have been divorced for three years and my life is not about lying to people, it's about honesty.Everyone who knows me knows that my ex-husband and I get along extremely well.Plus what would that have to do with any of this, other than he's trying to take the focus off from himself by telling lies about me. His negligence/unethical behavior/refusal to own up to the damage he did were the cause of added expense that was "not" needed before he arrived.As I stated in the last response, my main concern is that no one else will have this happen to them

estimator.Third: The thermostat on the wall was "not" a Ness, it was a "new" Honey Well (that he smoked)I wish I would have videoed the event because he clearly acted as if he didn't have a clue as to how it should be wired.After he burned up my "new" Honeywell thermostat he went to his truck and brought in "another" Honeywell and seemed to have no problem. Funny how his knowledge of hooking up the one I had was a problem but when he brought in an identical thermostat he all of a sudden had no problem.As for the wires, they were "not" chewed through or chewed onThe inspector would have stated that in the inspection had there been rodent issues with the wires.Fourth:My contract on the house was disolved "before" Air Maxx even came out and either way the repairs would have been needed.Not to mention the young lady that was buying my house attends church with me and she's a sweetheart,Plus I would "not" use that kind of language!Fifth:I have the pictures from the inspector, *** (the buyer) gave me a copyThe cold air duct and the rest of the ducts were all in working order before Air Maxx entered my attic.I stated in my first letter that I can send you copies of those pictures, I also have pictures that were taken when I and the new HVAC man inspected the damage.My present HVAC company stated that I should report Air Maxx to the Texas Licensing Deptas well.Six:The garage attic deos not have a hole in it, but the bulkhead ringht below the and along side the Cold Air Renturn does.This is another sign of damage that was not there when the inspector was up there. My new HVAC comapny said Air Maxx may have fallen through the bulkhead and landed on the cold air returnHowever, the othe duct is clear cut in half.My biggest concern is that Air Maxx does not do this to anyone elseHe knew I was single and I firmly believe he thought he could get away with his unethical actionsDestroying my cold air return and other duct would generate more workI believe he thought I was foolish enough to swallow his liesJust like the lies he said about me going through a divorce, not working and calling *** a bad name.This man knows what he did was wrong and I really do not want to see anyone else cheated by this unethical man. What she is saying is not true. She DID tell me she was going through a bitter divorce not that she had been through one....I am an ethical person & am not out to take advantage of anyone....basically it is my word against hers. I would love to see  the inspectors report as well as the a/c companies report. I've been in this business numerous years & in municipal government prior to this with access to areas most have no access to. I don't know what her agenda is unless it is to get her money back. But who is to say she still would not post things that are not true.  To me it sounds like this is not the first time she has done this to someone trying to make an HONEST living & being taken advantage of.  Again, I never touched the duct system in her house nor did I replace a part that did not need to be replaced.
