Purchased new ac unit which has had issues since the start, never received receipt & owner never responds or calls back
I purchased a new AC unit in 2018 to which I never received a receipt. I paid $4K for the unit on my credit card at the time. I have had problems with the ac since the installation. I have called repeatedly for my receipt and warranty work, but calls are never returned and I keep having to pay others to fix the "new" ac unit. The company refuses to respond or send my original receipt

I contacted this company through*** as I needed a Samsung Washer Repair for a 4E error code. Seemed to be a legitimate company as it had address, phone number and website, also the repair men were dressed in attire with the company's logo and also gave me business cards. I am not sure if the company is legitimate or not, but the service was not legitimate and I was not given a refund. The service guys came out to my home supposedly to fix the code, but instead tricked me out of $75 placing my washer on one cycle as if the issue was resolved. While I was busy completing a test online I didn't pay much attention (I'm not a repair woman and I trusted they were doing what they were paid to do) my washer was placed on Rinse + Spin Cycle so the 30-45 minutes they stayed in the home, the error code never popped up but that was because they did not start the cycle form beginning to end. I had no idea that happened until they left my home. The repair guys explained to me that this service came with a 90 day warranty and if this error occurs they would come right back out to solve. About 10 minutes after they left I placed my laundry into the cycle and started the washer from beginning, everything seemed to be going fine until the cycle reached the rinse cycle and the error code popped back up on my washer. I immediately called the company and left the washer on, but was told they were busy and would be out around 5. Around 4:45 I gave them a call and was told they would be out around 7, I called again around 630-645 and was told they would be out around 11p.m. that it when I grew concerns and began to ask several questions about the business, I sensed frustrations behind my questions and was the told a service repair person was near my home and would be here in the next 5 minutes (how ironic right) it was the same two repair guys that came before. When they came in the water time sitting around placing my cycle on the rinse spin cycle as I explained the cycle needed to be from beginning to end.
