I called for service mid afternoon & although in the middle of a job, MrBeaudoin said he'd come by today since I didn't have working a/c
It was around 7:pm before he came, but he had called earlier to give me an estimated time of arrival and to assure me that he'd still be coming by
MrBeaudoin quickly assessed my unit, got some tools for the job and readily fixed the unit I turned my a/c on again & he made sure it wasn't leaking or stopping up He also made sure I knew what had happened and explained how to prevent future problems MrBeaudoin was very professional and knowledgeable and his services are reasonably priced
