on the few occasions were we needed emergency service, they were very quick to respond and arrived the same say. Their service technician, [redacted] is extremely knowledgeable, and very, very professional. He made us feel comfortable by educating us on the basics of "air conditioning 101". I have all the confidence in the world in saying this is the only company that will ever touch my AC System.

I purchased my AC Unit (Inside & outside units) about 3 years ago to replace my failed one. I can not be happier with Air On Demand. Great company!! The people in the office are very friendly - schedule appointments around your schedule and they are very accommodating. The service tech are great and they take their time. I don't feel like they can spend only half an hour at my house before they have to blast off to the next appointment. I also don't feel like I'm being cheated or scammed. Very trustworthy company!!
Everyone I have dealt with of Air on Demand, [redacted] & [redacted] have been very professional, responsible, polite, accountable and dedicated. We did a lot of research with HVAC companies and installers before going with Air on Demand for our new HVAC unit. I was very impressed with their website and how they are up to date on the social media websites giving guidance/suggestions, etc.
When I called on the weekend, they answered and said that they were closed but they would call on Monday. An hour afterwards, [redacted] called to schedule our 1st visit asap. He came promptly and was very knowledgeable {other companies send a sales person that do not have 1st hand HVAC repair/install experience}. [redacted] took his time and explained all and answered all our questions.
The prices were very fair and what Air on Demand offers that other HVAC companies and installer do not is 10 years warranty on LABOR as well as the permit {most companies add a surcharge for the permit} and 3 years of annual maintenance. All HVAC manufacturers offer normally 10 yrs on the compressor but not on labor nor 3 yrs free maintenance- they do!
Within a few days, [redacted] & [redacted] came to install at the time promised. They ensured that all work areas were covered so as to not dirty the premises. They did not stop at all while on the install.
The day after the install, which was on a Sunday, [redacted] called to follow up and ensure that we were satisfied. The excellent service did not stop there. You have 60days to register your HVAC unit to ensure the 10yr warranty coverage. When I went to register the unit online it notified me that it was already registered. I called Air on Demand and they had already registered the unit effective the date of the install. That is service!
A couple laters after, the county inspector came to review the install - they were very impressed with the quality of the work of Air on Demand. Air on Demand is a company that takes pride on customer service excellence. I highly recommend Air on Demand and will be using them for maintenance! Great company and great people!!!

I started my search for HVAC companies since November, quoted various, plus options, from 16 to 20 Seer, not to mention make of AC units, when I came across Air On Demand, one of the first things which jumped out at me was the lifetime warrantee, I had never heard of it, Mike came out, very courteous, knowledgeable, covered all my questions, when I called him back to schedule my install, he told me someone would be at my house this morning around 9:00 AM by the time they got loaded, etc...this morning at 8:00 AM, the installer was here, he actually apologized for being early...go figure! Wow, now a days where everyone shows up late, or not at all, he was apologizing for being here early or on time...had the pleasure of having Raz Ramirez perform my installation, Raz was OUTSTANDING! Like the way he works, neat, professional, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, friendly, what can I say he did one heck of a job! I am very pleased with the service overall, unit looks beautiful, quiet, can believe how well is working right now, can wait to see my reduction in FPL bills, thanks Mike & Raz for an excellent job! Hope this is a beginning of a good long business relationship, and the unit performs as anticipated!

I recently contracted Air on Demand to replace my complete A/C system. They were very professional, gave me a very competitive price and the warranty is the best out there. From the moment Mr. [redacted] arrived to provide me an estimate to when the installers completed the project it was a very pleasant experience. (I did check out two other A/C companies prior to hiring Air on Demand. Neither of them had the expertise of Mr. [redacted]. He took the time to make sure that I replaced the unit with the right tonage, correct amount of electric power to run the unit and installed in such a way that I would receive the best possible air flow efficiency.) Honest, friendly and courteous!!!!
