Review: Air Perfect & specifically [redacted], the owner of the business never fulfilled his contractual obligation even though he was paid in full. Contract called for individual returns in all 4 rooms. None were installed even though I was charged for them. Only one large return in common hallway was installed & bedroom doors were cut at bottom to allow return air into hallway. Terrible system, does not work & not what I paid $36,000 for. Also promised me a [redacted] Cool Rebate of $1000 which I never received. Once I paid him in full he totally disappeared & would not reply to phone, email or text messages. A total rip-off artist. Now I am stuck with an inferior system forever.Desired Settlement: He needs to put in all returns in each zone as was promised & pay me the rebate also promised in the contract
