[redacted] came out to look at the system he installed, spent 2 hours on the phone with some tech support, charged me almost $200.00, wrote on the bill (works great). Three hours latter when I called him to say that there was no difference in its operation, he said that their was something else wrong and he would be out to fix it. He never came back and would not return my calls. He was no doubt in over his head and just ran a scam on me cause he didn't know what was wrong with the unit. BAD MAN!
