Called this company for estimate to have my ducts cleaned was told it would cost 5,500 to have them cleaned out I nearly fell on the floor. Was able to get hold of another company they took my ducts down clean them in my garage paid 245.00 dollars. Do yurself a fav and dont use this company they RIP yu off and have the estimate to prove my case

Do not use this company, they are total crooks. Called them for a routine ac flush. Tried to tell me that there was a pressure problem with my system and that my duct work was meant for mobile homes and that I needed all new duct work for $5000. They claim they took pictures of my attic and saw mold. Charged me $350 for "diagnostics". They were very high pressure in trying to get me to commit to the repairs and even called who they claimed was the company owner and he tried to pressure me. After I declined repeatedly, I received numerous calls and texts trying to get me to change my mind. I called in two other AC companies and they refuted everything AirPros told me. They even showed me how AirPros manipulated my pressure readings to make me think there was a problem when in fact there was not. I disputed the $350 charge with my CC company and after 3 months the CC company closed the case in my favor after AirPros never even responded to the dispute, which to me shows they know they were caught in a *** and did not want to draw anymore attention to themselves. Stay away from AirPros, they are the epitome of all the *** stereotypes the AC industry has.
UPDATE: This company is still harassing me saying I have a balance on my account.

Air Pro has been working on trying to fix my AC unit and has not been able to fix it at all, my unit was covered under a 10 year part and labor warranty with Solar Bear and they said they would honor the warranty and fix the problem I had after my first Revdex.com complaint. I worked with *** from Air Pros in 2/6 providing all the proof of my warranty and he sent a tech out on 2/07 (***) who determined that blower motor and the board was the cause and replaced the blower motor and another tech replaced the board on 2/12. The same error came back a few weeks later and *** was sent to my house on 3/17 but could not resolve the issue but was able to get my unit working after rebooting all of it with me. The error codes were still present on the handler and the condenser so he said he will get someone else with more experience with my Lennox unit to look at it. 3/18 *** came to my house and gave me all sorts of stories about my duct been under sized, static pressure issue that *** the day before said was good and said he will get his supervisor to come by on 3/20 but no call no show. I got a call to schedule maintenance service for 4/1 but after they messes up the appointment I ended up with *** on 4/3. I told him the history of whats happening to my unit and what I am having to do (rebooting it) just to get it to function and he started with the story telling about Air Pro not responsible for my unit even though I have the warranty on it. I have been doing my best rebooting it every time it goes out because I just got tired of Air Pro and their lack of customer satisfaction and knowledge to find the root cause on my issue and resolve it. My unit went out again this morning and I called in to Air Pro and got routed to the manager *** who told me I will have to pay $95 service charge for them to come out and work on my unit. I explained that this is a re-occurring issues that Air Pros has not fixed as yet and he said that does not matter, Home Depot paid for my previous call and they are no longer affiliated with them so I have to pay for it now. I continued explaining that this is an issue with my unit that Air Pro worked on and has not fixed so I should not be charged for it but he told me I have to pay which got me *** off so I said a few words to him and he said he will have someone call me back and hang up. I have never had this kind of issue with any company and I am pretty sure there are other customers out there that are experiencing this poor service with Air Pro as I am. I honestly think I need to call WSVN Help Me *** to get their assistance with this poor service from Air Pro and no one should be using their service.

Air Pros is such a great company to work with and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone!!! The techs are very knowledgeable on what they do and the customer service is just spectacular!

Air Pros is a savior! My A/C stopped working and they came to the rescue fast. Their tech was really nice and knew what he was doing. I was scared about how much it would cost but it really wasn't that bad. 10 stars in my book!! =)

The team at Air pros is the best of the best. when our AC was not working I had a Tech at my door in 45 minutes. The yes sir out of the techs mouth was a very refreshing southern hospitality. I am a snow bird , I love the serve I get with you company and the best prices as well. I wish I can give 100 stars

I wanted to thank Justin at Air Pros. He is a man behind the Orlando Office. His vast knowledge and his follow ups to keep us informed were the Best . Thank you for being dependable and very affordable.

I have had issues with the new unit they installed since day one. Some issues involved the unit not cooling and making very loud noises. At the binning they used to send someone to check it but they never communicate internally with the technician who would typically show up at my place unprepared and sometime without the right tools. Every 3 months I have the same issues and they would keep doing the same, sent someone unprepared and without any knowledge of what was going on. Eventually, they started to blame the manufacturer and said they were waiting on them. I called the manufacturer and they told me it was not true. The manufacturer has emailed them to resolve the issue and they never responded to them. After two years they just stop answering my calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I do not recommend them to anyone. Unreliable and lack of any professional standards. I just wasted my money and now I'm just searching for options to make this right.

Air Pros is a wonderful company with great customer service. From my booking with Chris to the confirmation calls from Krystle in the dispatch department to my technician Keddy who was prompt courteous and quick restored my AC, and finally the day after I get a kind follow up message from Richard to make sure everything went well. They deserve 5 stars all the way. They truly know how to take care of a customer! thanks Air Pros!

My AC unit failed in mid August 2019. Although the unit was not that old, *** the service professional looked up the unit online and stated it was not under warranty, and that my unit needed to be replaced. Following his professional recommendations we felt no other option but to finance the replacement of the unit and my fiancé, age 64, applied for and was approved for financing of the new unit on my behalf. Upon installation of the new unit the installers attempted to remove the old unit and reluctantly relinquished it upon my request after I confirmed with their office that the removal was merely a courtesy and that it had no value and that I had the right to keep it. I was able to finally locate the company I'd purchased the original unit from who reported to me that the unit they sold me in January 2015 which recently failed actually had a full parts warranty for 10 years (6.5 more years)and a full labor warranty for 6 more months, and provided proof of its registration which AirPros denied existed but could have also honored. This registration of warranty was confirmed by a third company independently also. I called Air Pros to express dismay that we'd borrowed $5200. unnecessarily, premised upon their expertise and professional recommendations. They offered me no recourse, denied deliberately deceiving me, and said they would 'talk to *** about his mistake? which changes nothing of my outcomes. I feel that their attempt to retrieve the old unit, possibly in full knowledge that it was under warranty demonstrates dishonest business practices and caused me unnecessary financial hardship. I feel this company should be held accountable for their misguidance of their customers who lack knowledge and must trust their judgment which leads clients to spend money with their company.

Desired Outcome

Refund I do not wish to be inconvenienced further by the games initiated by this company. If I'd been able to locate ***'s Air Conditioning, I would not have spent the money on a unit or labor. I dont feel badly if they inconvenience themselves now because of their apparent dishonest business practices. I want them to pay the debt to the finance company for $5200. Plus any interest charged which they said we wouldn't be charged, and never call me again.

That is simply not the facts of this situation. You called us because your AC system had failed. We responded the same day, diagnosed the issue to have a failed compressor and gave you options to fix or replace. There was no request made to check the warranty of another company, which we typically do not do. We provided you with written options and an invoice to replace the system. You then, with our tech, applied for financing for your new system and were approved. We , after obtaining your approval, replaced your system and registered your new system for you. There was nothing dishonest about what we did? Its not Air Pros obligations to check the warranty status between you and ***'s Air Conditioning. We provided a service, equipment, all with written approval biased off your request. Your system is cooling an functioning and we even replaced duct work for you. We are also not the finance company any obligation for payment is between you and them at this point. We hope this answers any questions you may have.

Attached I took the liberty of attaching your written estimate and quote which you signed.

Amazing Company. We had another accompany out to fix a problem at first. We were told we needed a new unit and it would cost 8k. We were told by a friend to call Air Pros. We not only had our unit replaced, but we got a warranty on parts and LABOR!! OMG we are in love with your company !!

We could not have had a worse experience with Air Pros than we've ever had before with any a/c servicing company. They are ALL about figuring out how they're going to profit from things they claim are wrong with your unit and NOT fixing what you've paid for them to service. Their prices vary from technician to technician and there is absolutely no integrity to be found among them. I'd give them 0 stars if there was not a minimum of 1 and am planning on taking them to small claims court, as they stopped servicing me almost 9 months before the end of my service contract and STILL did not fix the problem on their last visit. Apparently, I was too well-informed to fall for their dishonest practices.

The whole process, from the estimate to the install, could not have gone more smoothly! They are friendly, courteous and informative. Thank you Air Pros for a great experience!

Air Pros LLC burnt my Jandy AE-TI 2500 Heat Pump.
On December 6, 2018 I hired the services of Air Pros LLC to repair our pool heater pump. Our pool equipment is a Jandy AE-TI 2500 Heat Pump. The unit would not start, and the board display showed "FAULT LOW REF PRESSURE" message. They replace the 24 VAC transformer. The heat pump start. They charge me with $303.00 for this service. I Paid in full.
On December 8, I tried to use our pool jacuzzi but the heat pump did not turn on. Once again the board display showed "FAULT LOW REF PRESSURE" message. I called Air Pros in december 8 and december 10 and left mesagge and got no reply. On december 22 I sent an email and got no reply. On January 4 , 2019 I called once again and explained the issue with our heat pump to the person answering the phone. This day, AirPros scheduled an appointment for January 7 at 9:00 a.m. They sent me the same technician from december 6, and he test all electrical conections and then proceeds to connect the manifold gauge set to check if the equipment is losing coolant. The manifold remains stable but when checking the coolant tank it is empty!! However, he says that this is not the problem. He then proceeds with a test of the power interface board and other electric parts and connected a wire between the Interface Board with the relay, in the midst of his test the Control Board Display went off and the Interface Board dead. It was obvious that the power interface board and/or control board had been burnt.
The technician asked for our equipment paperwork and I provided him with the first page of the instructions manual. He said he needed to leave and would come back soon. He never come back. Ten days after I contact by email with the Air Pros owner, Mr *** He sent me a new technician in january 17. He test the equipment and concluded that the other technician test, burnt the power interface board and/or the control board display. He leave and do not return.
On january 23 I sent a new email to Mr. *** and I got no reply. On January 28 I sent again a new email to Mr. *** and got not reply.
After paying $303 I still have a heat pump that does not work. Not only that, but now, it seems the Air Pros test also burnt the power interface board and/or the control board display, at cost of $600.00. As you can imagine, this isn't the customer service I was expecting when contacting this company. I would appreciate if you find an immediate solution to fix my equipment.
The Air Pros company's quote that "OUR PROMISE EVERY JOB WILL BE DONE RIGHT. WE ARE FANATICALLY COMMITTED TO MAKE YOUR SERVICE TECH CALL AS PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE AND PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE. WE HOPE TO KEEP YOU AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!" What a Lie!

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate if you find an immediate solution to: 1. properly fix my pool heater (service which I paid for in full); 2.repair the additional damages Air Pros LLC caused to my pool heater when initially service.

I paid for parts and repairs that were not performed.
On 11/1/18 I called Air Pros because my home's AC unit was not working. They said they would send someone out who would call me before any repairs were done. The repair man arrived at my home and after 15 minutes called me and said he had replaced the capacitor and the hard start on my unit. He said I owed him $404. He demanded my credit card information over the phone. I asked him to take pictures of the parts he replaced and he agreed to do so and send them to me. He did not send me the pictures and I followed up by email on 11/6 and got no response from company. On 11/13 my home's AC once again didn't work. Because of Air Pros lack of responsiveness I decided to called Munn's who was recommended by my neighbor. Their repairman called me as promised and informed me that the capacitor needed replaced. I asked him how it could need replacing so quickly. He confirmed that the capacitor was never replaced and also confirmed that there is no hard start on the unit as well. I have the work done again. There were no new parts put on the unit as I had been told on 11/1. I called Air Pros who initially agreed to a full refund on 11/13 however no refund occurred. I followed up on 11/26 and they informed me that they changed their minds and would not issue me a refund.

I have photos of the job site and the parts we replaced on your unit. We did in fact install a capacitor and Hardstart. Instead of calling us back if there was an issue with your unit you took it upon yourself to call another company. In regards to responsiveness, your initial call and service was within 3 hours of your calling for an issue with your AC. We would never agree to provide a refund for work rendered. You have a 90 warranty on any repairs/ services we performed. Secondly the Ocala office and the Davie office are two different companies.

I have asked for photos on several occasions and have never received any from anyone in the company. Please send me the alleged photos your company has to my email that you have on file. I have the parts that were subsequently replaced my AC unit and they are old not not new. The field supervisor Luis agreed to give me a refund.

I attempted to resolve this matter with Mr. by sending proof that we did perform the work. He chose on his own accord to now call us back to resolve any issues and just call someone else, when we offer a 100% customer satisfaction gaurantee. As we were attempted to resolve this issue, Mr. already disputed his credit card. The customer asked for a full refund and filed this complaint all after disputing his credit card.

I am not sure what Mr. is referring to. At the time of the original repair, I asked for and was promised pictures of the parts that were replaced. I never received them from the technician that promised them. I was emailed a bill from this company that very same day. I immediately followed up in an email requesting the promised pictures and never received a response from the company. This did not instill in me confidence in this company. Then, when my AC unit broke down 9 days after their "repair" and with my confidence so low. I decided to get a second opinion from a company that was recommended to me. The company informed me that no parts had been recently replaced on the AC unit. I called Airpros to resolve the issue. I was on the phone with two different individuals who assured me I would get a refund. I waited for my promised refund and never received it. After 2 weeks I called back and I was told "we changed our minds" This company has never attempted to call me or provide any proof to me. It was only after these failed attempts at resolving my issues directly with the company is when I initiated a refund from my credit card company. I have proof of my communications and have the parts in question.

A very professional job and completely satisfied with results.

Air Pros, LLC was extremely helpful and professional. They came to my house within 24 hours to fix my ac unit

My AC unit was working but wasn't cooling my home. I contacted Air Pros LLC to diagnose the issue and an appointment was scheduled for 11/6/17. Two technicians named *** & Jonathan arrived. I spoke to *** and he stated that the unit needed refrigerant and it wasn't necessary to look for a leak since it took years for the refrigerant level to drop to the current level. Therefore, he pumped 3lbs of 410A refrigerant at $79/lb which allowed the AC to cool at that time. I was charged $35 for labor and a total of $272 for the service provided that day. However, approximately one month later on 12/6/17, I noticed it was 79 degrees in my home and it was only 81 degrees outside. I called Air Pros LLC and they scheduled an appointment for 12/7/17. A technician named Shane arrived,(although the text message stated that Mark NcCrea was on the way), and within a few minutes he determined it was indeed a leak and that all of the refrigerant from 11/6/17 was gone. He stated that he would come back this morning 11/8/17 to repair the leak and add more refrigerant as needed. I was charged an additional $257. I believe that it is the responsibility of the expert(s) to determine the problem and I shouldn't incur additional charges for the first technicians mistake of not looking for the leak.

Refund I would like to be refunded for the charge related to the 11/6/17 service.

This customer has never reached out to us with any questions. We told the customer her unit was old at the time of service, a month later the unit was low again on freon, we then provided additional freon to the unit and again told the customer that she needed to replace the unit because of the age. I dont know how that warrants a negative remark on the Revdex.com? She has not once reached out to us, sent us an email, or attempted to call with a complaint?

The response from the business is inaccurate. We were never told that we needed to replace the unit. The conversation was as I stated befire. The unit was low in refrigerant, the unit was sufficient to cool our home easily and since it took years to reach that level, they didn't look for a leak. However,the second technician found the leak immediately upon opening the unit and stated that he would come back the next day an fix the leak and then add more refrigerant at an additional cost. The unit is cooling as expected after the leak was repaired and refrigerant added, therefore replacing the unit is not the issue. This should have been done on the first visit. I shouldn't be charged additional for the same thing because the PROFESSIONALS didn't do their job as expected. I am still asking to be reimbursed.

When we first made the repair to the system in, we informed you of a potential Coil leak. Hvac Refrigerant just doesn't disappear from you system, it has to leak out, similar to a car tire. If there is a leak, like you where informed there was, the leak needed to be repaired. You told our tech you did not want to do so, just to add the freon which we did. Then a month later the freon leaked out again so we added more. It would be like you getting a hole in your tire, the tire slowly leaks out air so you go a fill station to add more air but dont fix the leak, then demand the fill station return you money a month later when the air leaked out again because you didnt make the repair to the stop the leaking. Freon and Refrigerant cost money and time to put it in. If you would called or emailed with your concern then we could have resolved the matter but the first time you notify us of any problem is on Revdex.com?

To whom it may concern, Please don't insult my intelligence with this response. It doesn't make logical sense that I would tell your tech to add refrigerant without fixing a leak after I called for repair services. Your analogy of this situation is ridiculous, since the cost of Hvac Refrigerant @ $79/lb is significantly higher than it would be to add air to a tire. Clearly you are unable to accept responsibility for your untrustworthy technician that didn't perform their duties as expected. As the consumer, I contacted your company "Air Pros" for the "expertise" in resolving my problem relating to my AC unit, however, I didn't receive the services that I should have thereby costing me additional money. Why would I decide not to have a leak fixed if I was told that I had one? You stated that I didn't contact you with my concerns, my concerns were obvious when I had to contact you again within a month for the same issue. At no point in time was I offered a discount when I explained that the same thing was happening. It seems you expected me to absorb the entire cost of your technicians mistake instead of coming up with a mutual agreement. And my advice to you, as a business, is to have the consumer sign off on any services that were declined in the future to avoid similar issues. I have no reason to fabricate a story and I have no problem paying for satisfactory services which I did NOT receive in this matter. Please be advised that I'm not demanding anything, I'm requesting that you do the right thing by refunding all or some of the cost that I incurred due to inadequate service being provided.
