This is the first time I have been inspired to write a review. I cannot express my appreciation for Steve's willingness to deliver superior customer service that no longer exists. My air went down Thurs evening I called expecting to leave a message, Steve answered and told me he would be at my home the next afternoon. He actually arrived early, immediately recognized the problem which involved a part (that was under warranty) that would not arrive until Monday at best. To save me from being uncomfortable all weekend he located a part in Lakeland and drove from my home in Lake Hamilton to pick it up at no extra charge returned and promptly repaired my unit. He is the ultimate in professionalism, courtesy and SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
