While performing work, workers broke the air return grill which holds my air filter in place It has been over months and it has not been replaced
In December 2015, Air Quality Control cleaned the ducts of my newly purchased house, coated the ducts with their mold resistant coating, and scrubbed and purified the air with two different machines Soon after they left my property and I went to replace my air filter, I noticed that the air return grill in my ceiling, which holds the filter in place, has been broken at the hinge and was now being held in with a drywall screw When we moved in and replaced the filter everything had been fine, and now it was broken and they were the only ones to touch it, so it was apparent to me it had been broken and no one said anything I quickly called *** of Air Quality Control to report the issue He stated that they would make it right and replace the grill He sent a crew out on day in January to measure the grill opening to see wheth

I am amending my reviewThe week has gone by and finally the job is doneAs frustrated as I was with the time it took and limited supervision, I am very pleased with the resultsI appreciate the fact that Mike took the time to figure out what the problem was and search for a solutionThe work was not quick but it does seem to be quality and that is the most important thing by farAir quality knows their businessThe job may take a bit longer than expected or maybe they have amended that issue and it won't be a problem anymore

Air Quality Control was referred to us by our A/C company We had our attic vacuumed out, the dryer duct was reattached to the outside, and the dryer vent was cleaned out from the inside and outside of the house
