Review: I recived a card in the mail for a free bucket of KFC if I called this number [redacted] when you call the recording tills you that they have a "A" raiting with the Revdex.com then put you on hold. then after appx 3 mins they say leave your name and number and they will call you back and no one ever does. I wonder does KFC know anything about this? and who is arc. thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I don't know what a good resolution is for a company that does not live up to what they advertise

To: The Revdex.comAccording to our phone system, Mr [redacted] called in on our promotions line on Oct 19th 2015 at 1:51 PM and left his name and phone number.We attempted to call him back the same afternoon at 3:35 PM but received no answer.Mr [redacted] contacted us back again that same evening at 4:35 PM but once again due to high call volumes we were unable to get to his call and our system transferred him to our voicemail system. I do not know what happened, but some how he fell through the cracks and he never received a return call. I believe the promotion Mr. [redacted] called in reference to was to receive a "Rebate Certificate for an 8pc Bucket of [redacted]" in exchange for his participation in our advertising campaign with previewing the 2015 P3 HYBR1D CLEAN AIR SYSTEM. (this is all detailed on the advertising mailer).Mr. [redacted] could possibly have called on an earlier promotion in which we were actually giving "Gift Certificates for a 8pc Bucket of [redacted]", but that promotion has been terminated as The [redacted] has unfortunately discontinued their Gift Certificate program. Since we failed to return his call, we will be mailing out to Mr. [redacted] one of the "Rebate Certificates for an 8pc Bucket of Chicken ONLY" so they may enjoy a bucket at our expense. Mr. [redacted] can buy a 8pc Bucket of chicken at any [redacted], and following the directions on the certificate he can mail it in with the receipt and he will be refunded the cost of the bucket.The Certificate will be mailed first thing in the morning on 11/3/15 and he should have it with 1-2 days.Thank You for bringing this oversight to our attention.Sincerly,[redacted]PresidentAir Rehab Corp
