Air-Right HTG & A/C

This contractor installed a new Eternal Hot Water Boiler System, new piping and radiators throughout our new home - ~$12,000. The system is not heating the upstairs properly, the house is cold and the contractor admitted on several occasions that something was wrong with the boiler. After several failed attempts to get the issue resolved the contractor simply walked from his obligations (proper install, repairing a hole in the side of our house, and 5 year parts warranty) and will no longer respond to my emails and phone calls. I paid the contractor in full prior to him walking from his obligations because I was trying to do the right thing and help him out - bad idea!
