Also you have mentioned your daughter in the complaint but you have not provided any ticket number for her.We are unable to check this info since the booking had already been purged from the GDS (more than days have passed since the originally scheduled departure date of 04Jan- your complaint was received on 06Apr18)If you do not have the new ticket numbers that were actually used by you and your daughter, then we will have to request that information from the GDS directly and that can take even up to a month, so we will not be able to reply within the time frame given to us by Revdex.com Chicago.Also, another thing missing from the complaint is the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) that you must have filed for the delayed/missing bags and the bag tag numbersNow, in this case, since the first scheduled flight from the re-protection option was on Aeroflot, the bag tag numbers must have Aeroflot's number as well. the travel agent that issued his Air Serbia ticket filed through the San Diego Revdex.com was closed on 02/07/14 and the decision was in our favor. In this case the passenger is used the same claims that he made previously and his claim was denied by the San Diego Revdex.com.
So in order to avoid repeating ourselves, please refer to complaint number [redacted] to read our explanation as to what actually happened with this passenger.

I can not agree with a response, because AirSerbia in the letter to San Diego Revdex.com, stated that the document about my fathers healt is fraudulent and that I am a fraud, which coused the San Diego office to close the claim, although San Diego claim is for the TripDesigns. As my understanding was that TripDesigns and AirSerbia are two different antities, I filed the claims with two different Revdex.com offices, one in San Diego and one in Chicago. I would like to clear the matter, but I don't know the way. I feel that AirSerbia and TripDesigns ganged up on me, they pushed me into accepting their therms, because they know in what emergency I had to changed a ticket. My father is gravely ill and needs my help and I have to leave US immediately. I don't have time to prolong the argument. They are company that is behaving inhumanly and is taking advantage of their costumers in situations involving family emergency. I am afraid that they could complicate the matter even more by selling my informations to the predatory landing companies or stoping the payment of $665.40 which is the part of the refund for ticket that I payed $940.40. I am already at loss of close to $3,500 because of AirSerbia evil doing, because at first they didn't want to refund anything so I had to sell my motorcycle so I could pay for the ticket from the other airline. I know how is possible that AirSerbia can get a way with this. AirSerbia doesn't care about people that they don't know. For them I'm just a number. I am also disappointed with the San Diego Revdex.com office that doesn't know the language and is not familiar with documents from Serbia and took the opinion that the document that I provided to AirSerbia, about my fathers health condition, as not valid and sided on the matter with TripDesigns. Please reconsider the decision of Revdex.com office in San Diego, because the people that are being taken advantage of by AirSerbia and their agents don't even know that Revdex.com exists and that there is the consumer protection. I can't deal by my self with AirSerbia in US. I'll be out of the country and they know that. Also I don't know if or when I could communicate by email, but please don't let them get a way with this. Air Serbia is a serious airline that's been in business for more than 85 years (previously known as JAT). We've always gone the extra mile to try and help our passengers. This time around it was not any different. As we have explained in all previous correspondence, we even managed to get a refund waiver for a non-refundable ticket for Mr.[redacted] even after all his flip-flopping on the reason for the change of his ticket and the number of unreasonable false statements made against our airline. The last misinformation by Mr.[redacted] was when he replied on July 10th, 2014 that he is afraid that we could "complicate the matter even more by selling my informations to the predatory landing companies or stoping the payment of $665.40". First of all, the claim that we could stop the refund check is baseless since Mr.[redacted] himself cashed the check on July 7th, 2014. So he intentionally lied to you even though he knew that the money from the refund check was in his pocket. Secondly, we are not sharing our passenger's info with any third-party, so that claim made by Mr.[redacted] is baseless as well.
Mrs.[redacted] we urge you to make a decision on this case because we cannot go back and forth with replies and rebuttals indefinitely. Both Mr.[redacted] and us are already repeating ourselves in the correspondence.

Lies, lies, lies... AirSerbia is telling stories and trying to prove their side of the story. They were trying to extract more money from me, that's why I decided to go ahead and purchase a ticket from the other agency. Also I didn't call them more then five times total, to talk to someone to see if it's possible to speed up the process, because my fathers health worsen and I needed to fly as soon as possible. Every time I left the voice mail. AirSerbia was pointing fingers at the Travel agency, TripDesigns, and the agency was telling me that they couldn't do anything because AirSerbia is making all the changes. They sent me the check but it's only a fraction of what I've lost in dealing with such unscrupulous agents/people. I am out of the country and can't do much at the distance, I also contacted the "travel sellers"(not sure about the name of government agency) & I was given instruction to explain what happened with the travel agency TripDesigns. Please advise me what is the best thing to do in dealing with a predatory agency in the future. Thank you. Sincerely [redacted]
