Further to our conversation, I am in house counsel for AIR-serve on January 11, 2013 for AIR-serve to proved a coin operated air machine at his property fora five year term. Over the course...

of the Agreement, Mr. [redacted] accepted and cashed commissions checks from the collections of the machines. In or around October of 2014, Mr. [redacted] began to ask for the removal of the equipment, which prompted my October 20, 2014 letter. I reminded him that he had signed a contract, our records reflected no outstanding service issues, and that receipts of the collections were left at the property after each collection of the equipment (which addressed a concern he had raised about not knowing the mount collected). the contract provided for an early termination option whereby a customer can pay a cancellation fee and terminate the agreement early; this is included the contract to provide the customer an option to end the relationship if they desire. On February 23, 2015 Mr. [redacted] sent a letter indicating that he had unilaterally decided to disconnect AIR-serv's equipment.
Although AIR-serv firmly denies that it acted deceptively or treated Mr. [redacted] unfairly in an way, in an effort to resolve this matter and move forward, AIR-serv will remove its equipment from the property.

Thank you for your help in this matter. The air machine has been removed as of 9/28/15 . I would suggest you keep your eye on this company. The contract that Mr [redacted] was referring to was something they sent me in a letter. stating they wanted me to fill out some paperwork to update their records "in order to continue timely and proper payment to your account" I was hesitant to fill it out but the person I spoke to on the phone at that time assured me it was only being used for information for the new company. It only became a contract after I wanted the machine removed. That is when they sent me a copy of the document with it filled out on their end and dated. Which is not what the lady on the phone indicated was going to happen. It probably was my fault for taking them at their word and trusting them. Plus the checks they sent me only say net commission with the dollar amount nothing more. And they do not leave any paperwork when they take the money from the machine when they did leave paperwork it only had meter readings on it no actual dollar amount. On the machine they have some charity "that they give money to" without any break down on the checks they send me I don't know where that money is coming from. I'm a person of integrity and ethics I have companies that I work with that I don't have a contract with and I've been doing business with them for over 30 years. This company seems to have no integrity or ethics. Had they given me a call when I first tried to contact them things may have went completely different. I am a reasonable person. By the way Mr in-house counsel does not seem to be employed directly by air serv but by a separate Law Firm. If he was employed directly by air serv I would consider that in-house counsel but that itself would then raise more concerns.
