Purchased heating and ac system from this vendor Have utilized them for maintenance and service routinely Unfortunately, service required more times than I expected Unit installed Lennox brandNot cheap and is name brand (recommended) Heater not working and parts will take 3-days then wait for installation, seriously! Can't believe lack of interest, concern from company Not company I would recommend Very disappointed
