of the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) last week, This is unfortunate because if! was made aware of your difficulties, I believe we could have addressed the issues with your account before they were brought to the attention of the Revdex.com. In. any event, there’s nothing we can do about what has already been done, but we can take the appropriate action to resolve any problems going forward. According to my staff, you have been suspended for non-payment four times since August of 2015; however, I was informed that you have always paid the past due balances on your account. I want you to know that we do our very best to work with customers, especially those who are experiencing hardships. In your particular case, I believe we missed the mark and we should have done a better job of helping you establish a payment plan that worked for you. In an effort to help you get back on track and to show our commitment to making this situation right I have instructed my Customer Service Manager, Liz K[redacted] to waive the restoration fees going back to August, which will result in a total credit to your account of $118.
