Home air conditioner was serviced twice by this company and still does not work correctly Our home air conditioner was inoperative the day we moved into our home on August 27, We called Air Strike Heating and Air Conditioning for service on the same dayA service Technician (John R.) arrived and stated that our Thermostat was not communicating with the air handler and the condenser He re-wired all three systems and installed a new thermostat (removing our previous hi-tech programmable thermostat leaving us with a basic, non-programmable thermostat which is worth less than $at Lowe's costing us $271.00) and charged us $The system worked for less than one dayHe returned the following day and flushed water through the handler drain lineAgain that worked less than hourswe called him again and he changed a relay in the condenser and it worked again for daysIt then needed service againHe stated that he would call and return after Hurricane Irma had pas
