On both the flight out of San Juan and Tortola, there was poor, inaccurate or zero information regarding delays both waysDealing with the agent in San Juan was difficult because she was not properly trained in customer service and it seems like her managers were providing inaccurate information which was being relayed to customersIn Tortola, flights were delayed yet again and there was no agent on site to tel customers what was happeningI had to personally call the airline mysef to inquire about delays and that information was ask terribly unreliableWould never fly with them again
Terrible customer service, organization, scheduling and lack of resolution in one little airline! So bad it's remarkable! Do Not Book. When traveling between the USVI and BVI, the ferries or another airline are better options - you'll end up taking them anyway!
