Review: My air conditioner unit in my home was not functioning like it should I had air supply come to my house to diagnose the problem. Their fee was $45.00. Upon arrival the tech looked at my ac unit and informed me that he needed to perform a snif test because I has a leak and the test would find the leak. The test was an additional $189.00. I agreed and it took less than 5 min for him to find a leak in the txv valve. I was given a quote of $637.28 and he told me the part needed to be ordered. And it would take 3 business days to get that the office would call me when it came In to schedule an install date. I asked him if I needed to pay now or when it came inand he told me that I would pay at the instillation appointment. 3 business days later I received a call from Amy she told me that she was calling so they could order the part and that she needed half of the $637.28 to order it. I got upset and explained to her that the tech. Told me the part would be in by now and I was expecting a phone call to have it installed. She explained to me that she was going to call me the other day but she got busy. I also explained to her that the tech told me that I would pay the full amount of $637.28 on the day of install. She told me that he is a new employee and isn't familiar with their policies and she was sorry. I asked her when is the part going to be in and how soon can it be installed she told me it would be in the next day so I paid half and set up an appointment for the following day. About 20 min later the tech showed up at my house with the part that they "hadn't ordered yet" my husband explained to him that we had it scheduled for the following day. He then called the office and they told him to leave and not do the install that day but to wait and do it as it was scheduled. I was upset and called the office and spoke to Kim the owners wife and asked her why the communication with the staff is so bad. She explained to me that the tech should not have come my house that he is new and it was a mistake on his part and he would be at my house the next day to install the txv valve. Next day comes the tech gets to my house with the same part he had the day before he turns off my air conditioning unit and flushes it and goes to install the new part and it's the wrong part. So he leaves and now my air conditioner isn't in working order. I called and spoke to Kim and I was very upset because it just seems that everything they do there is an issue and not my air conditioner isn't working at all it's 90 degrees outside and I have a young child and he can be in the heat. She told me that I wasn't going to be happy with anything if they would give me a refund and I could go somewhere else. I called a certified hvac tech he came over to my house and checked the txv valve and found no leak. And had my air conditioner up and running with in 20 min and found a smaller less expensive issue with it and fixed it I called air supply the next day and spoke to Amy and asked her about getting my money refunded that I had someone else come look at it and he found nothing wrong with the txv valve. And that my ac unit is fixed and working. She told me that she wasn't in the office that she would call me in a half hour. 5 hours later I hadn't heard from her so I called and she told me that they were refunding the initial payment of $232 back on my [redacted] visa and then refunding $318.64 back on my chase visa. I gave her both credit card numbers and she said the refund should show up in the next few buisness days. 20 min. later Kim called me and informed me that they would not be refunding me the $232 that Amy is also a new employee and should have not told me that. I explained to her that I do not feel as though I should be charged the $189 for the sniff test because it was incorrect. I don't mind paying the service fee of $45 because the tech did come to my house and she told me that I was nauseating her everytime we spoke and I have been difficult from the first day they were at my house. And under no circumstance were they refunding me the $232.00Desired Settlement: I just want the $189.00 back since the test diagnosis was incorrect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Steer clear of this "company" if you expect to be treated with dignity, respect, courtesy, and compassion as a PAYING CUSTOMER (even worse if you subscribe to American Home Shield). It has been almost a month for us (My husband and I with our 3 kids under 5 and our 2 dogs) with NO AIR. Air Supply finally came out on Tuesday of last week (after an already absolutely horrid week of waiting for them to do simple administrative tasks such as submitting paperwork to AHS and scheduling our appointment.) The serviceman proceeded to fix the problem with our air and it was working well. That is until only THREE DAYS LATER on Friday night.... it was right back to feeling like HELL upstairs. I call Air Supply, but of course they aren't open, nor do they have an emergency number to call. I the call AHS and put in a recall so that I can get someone out here ASAP on Monday (yesterday) to look at my unit.
This company is beyond unprofessional. Their business hours are to be from 9am-5pm M-F. I began calling at 9am and received the voicemail telling me to call back within business hours or leave a message. This went on until about 9:45am..Even after they switched the "call center" on, I was "1st in the queue" and it still took over 15 minutes for my call to be answered, It was ridiculous. Only to have the scheduler tell me that she couldn't get someone out to see me until 2 days later. This is an EMERGENCY. This is a job that THEY STARTED which obviously didn't work well and needs immediate attention. ESPECIALLY since we and AHS have PAID them in full and contracted them to do the job. Needless to say, this didn't sit well with my husband who is on assignment protecting this country and yet can't even get his air fixed for his family. He had to call long distance and sternly and assertively tell them that they needed to get someone out there that same day.
The scheduler K** patronized my husband and was very rude to both he and I for no reason at all. She was not accommodating at all and gets some sort of sick pleasure from feeling as if "she's in charge" of the schedule and therefore can make anyone wait as long as SHE sees fit. She cares not that my kids can't even bathe (all our bathrooms are upstairs) sleep in their own beds, or go play in their rooms without saying "Mommy, I can't breathe. It's so hot." She has NO SOUL.... or maybe she does and it just belongs to the devil himself.
The technicians are great. But you have to get past Cruella first if you want service. Bottom line, just stay away. If you subscribe to American Home Shield, please ask for another company besides these people. She will belittle you and tell you her disdain for working with AHS customers... So unprofessional...

Review: This company is very unresponsive and unprofessional. A technician was sent to my home to repair my AC Unit. After being there 15 minutes he told me I needed a new compressor and someone would be in contact with me. No one ever returned a call. I called back and the supervisor wanted to explain their system of doing things. After I explained that the system doesn't work because the air is still broken, she took my money, refused my service and called me rude.Desired Settlement: I would like for Air Supply to refund my $75.00 service fee. The service was never completed and the supervisor was extremely unprofessional and it was very close to harassment the way she spoke to me. This is totally unacceptable and this is no way to run a business.
