I callled Joe to for an appointment on August 11, between 3-5pm for an AC TuneupI had to text Joe around 5pm since his worker did not show up
Joe said that his worker is running behind & asked if I am available the following day August which I agreed
Again another missed appointment & more excuseJoe asked if the same time frame would work for August & in good faith offered complimentary services
Guess whatAgain his worker is a "no show" I had to text Joe since his did not show up againThis is the third "no show" Horrible customer service
