IN RESPONSE TO [redacted] STATEMENT'S REGARDING HVAC SYSTEM WARRANTY: OUR COMPANY LIKE MANY OTHER'S IN OUR INDUSTRY OFFER'S A ONE (1) YEAR LABOR WARRANTY ALONG WITH A FIVE YEARS FUNCTIONAL PART'S ( WHICH MEAN'S THAT ANY LICENSE HVAC CONTRACTOR WILL REPAIR EQUIPMENT AND HONOR HER PARTS UNDER...

WARRANTY, LABOR HRS ONLY TO BE PAID BY HOMEOWNER) THEREFOR 2 YEARS AFTER WHEN PROBLEM OCURED LABOR WARRANTY WAS NO LONGER IN EFFECT HOWEVER WE HAD ALL INTENSIONS OF REPAIRING HER SYSTEM AT THE TIME HER FIRST CALL WAS PLACED IT WAS A PRETTY HOT!!! DAY, WE WERE ALL BUSY AND BEHIND AT LEAST A WEEK WE COULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENT'S TO CHECK OUT SYSTEM BEFORE THAT WEEK BUT AFTER HER SECOND CALL TO OUR COMPANY ( THE SAME DAY) SHE STARTED TO LEAVE UNDESIRABLE MESSAGE'S NOT ONE BUT TOO MANY!! THAT'S WHEN WE DECIDED NOT TO CALL HER BACK! DEMANDING A COMPANY TO GO AND FIX A PROBLEM RIGHT THEN AND KNOW CANT HAPPEN HOWEVER WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS HOT THAT DAY AND THAT [redacted] WAS FRUSTRATED BUT WE HAD A SCHEDULE TO MEET WITH PRIOR CUSTOMERS BEFORE HER REQUEST.

Review: Air Systems installed two 3 ton air conditioning units, and the 2 years later, the air conditioning stopped! The company states that it has a 5 year warranty on parts and labor, when I call them the owner Sergio, gives me the run around! So now we are forced to pay money to another air conditioning provider, all because he performed shoddy work!Desired Settlement: To have Air Systems do what other true professionals would do, and that is to fix the air conditioning unit.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted this business several times, he stated that he would call me back and never did, in which case my calls got more and more angry! I never once cursed! If the company is not professional enough to handle a upset customer, perhaps they should NOT be in business! On my very last call I informed him that I am trying to NOT further my claims against the company for not returning,(Calla),or backing his work, I then told [redacted] that I would be contacting the Revdex.com, and taking him to court for failure to honor his business contract. The next step since he refuses to do anything will be to contact the city and file a claim against his business. With this being said I had to have $85.00 for Freon added for one condenser, and a kick starter added, along with general service for a faulty condenser, on my SECOND CONDENSER which also lacks in Freon, due to the HVAC, skimping on FREON,(to make maximum profit), I will have to have repaired next year. So far my out of pocket to repair his shoddy work is $276.00, and that does not include the second condenser he put in. All this on the condenser's second year, it's ridiculous! Also, the company that did the repair said it was put in incorrectly, and the system was not flushed out like it was supposed to be. To you the owner, here is a business tip, when a customer is upset about work that your company performed, you should NOT run away from them, as it is just a excuse, you should step forward, apologize and honor the work, if NOT you will have to be dealing with situations just like this, and may eventually go out of business!! 2 New Condenser's installed in 07/2013, and failed to work properly on 07/2015
