Body By Design is a scamThe amount of money memberships or "free" boot camps actually cost is not worth it by any meansThe class sizes are huge as well, so there is not the one on one attention they promiseI was also part of their "free" week program, and was told if I met the challenge I would receive the down payment backI did complete the challenge and even got their metal to prove it, but yet they will not give me my money backThey are now saying I did not show up to the classes so I cannot receive a refundI asked to speak further on that, and have proof I was there, but they have stopped responding all togetherI have tried for months now, and no one will email or call me backThis place is a joke

This company is advertising on social media that they offer a free week programThey then get a number of people to sign up and come in for orientationThey take your debit card and tell you they will charge it a dollar until your first weiand then you give them your cardAfter they get your card and you to sign that you agree to the 6-week program, they then tell you that the program is actually $and you will be charged $each week for the 6-week challengeThat is advertising and I would not have signed up if I knew it was not freeI am in a tough financial situation with all of the bills that I have and that's what made the program stand out to me because it was free and I thought that the company was looking to really help othersIt hurts me that a lot of people will be lied to just like I wasI would like a full refund and for them to erase my debit card information from ACH payments moving forward
