I, [redacted] , met with the [redacted] at their residence on 1/20/to discuss the complaint filedIt was my conclusion that all of the information provided by Airtech was true and correctThe solar system was tested and working properly at time of inspectionThe solar system does qualify for a Federal Tax credit of $ [redacted] company was the bank in charge of the loan for the programThe [redacted] signed all applications, disclosures and payment authorizations prior to commencement of project [redacted] contested the loan with [redacted] *** on 2/2/which Airtech was notified After hours of investigating this complaint, It has been decided by Airtech managment and Airtech owners, this complaint by [redacted] is not valid and only based on speculation

I, [redacted] , Attempted to resolve this matter by offering a $to the family as good faith payment to close the complaintmy offer was declined 8/4/by [redacted]

[redacted] , We are willing and able to assist [redacted] in completing the project at his home as agreed upon per the contractWe have tried numerous times to schedule a time for our team to go out to his home to complete the project and we did not hear a responseWe are prepared to complete the project per the contract when Mr [redacted] is available Thank you
