No one should use this company for air conditioning work. THis company was contracted by our home insurance company. They sent out a very young, inexperienced crew and a super visor who apparently didn't know anything about proper HVAC work. It took them over 3 weeks to replace the heat pump outside unit and the attic air handler. Approximately 40 days later, our ceiling almost collapsed from a leak that had been draining since they left the job--a too small drain pan, no float switch hookup, no emergency drain hookup, and fried wires/ fire hazard from an improperly installed fuse in the breaker box. Air Tech charged us over $1000.00 for "duct repairs" and other "non-covered" work. The whole job had to be done over. Since, then, the company advises they are not doing "residential" HVAC work any more. I would not recommend using this company for anything--they are a 'fly-by-night' operation and need to be stripped of their business license.
