This is a fantastic family operated businessThey came out and inspected my air conditioning and fixed a $part that another company insisted I needed a whole new Air ConditionerThey were on time to the appointment and very professional! They even called the next day to do a follow up call!
We called Air Tech to come out and take a look at our a/c that wasn't working. A tech came out and told us it was the capacitor. He replaced it. He billed us $220 and then went on his way. A week later, our air stopped working again. We found out that the Air Tech Technician had replaced our capacitor with a capacitor that was the wrong size. So we called Air Tech to let them know. They refused to admit their tech could have gotten it wrong. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone much less use them again. Even if the tech made a mistake, Air Tech should have owned it and tried to make it right in some way.
