I hired Service Sign to hang a ft banner for me weeks ago days after the install the banner was coming loose at the bottom which I figured was a slight adjustment needed , I sent him photos of the banner which showed the banner current condition and asked to send his guy to tighten to my complete surprise his response was he was not going back and I should hire a new installer Th next day I hired a new installer and he gave me a detailed list of everything that was wrong with the installer included incorrect hardware that did not match shop drawing
