They job is not complete, I paid them because it was supposed to be completed that day but is still not done I was also overcharged $for the job We contracted Air Time for a new AC unit on 7/17/ They were to install a new split system AC unit and programmable thermostat On 7/they came to install the system There are a few outstanding issues with this that I have been trying to resolve with no success My husband and I called repeatedly we spoke with Angel and Nikki but we still have no resolution and I cannot get any answers from anyone On 7/I was told by Greg, the sales person to contact both of the (the owners) for any customer service issues I am unclear as to why they do not have a customer service department that handles customer issues We were supposed to have a new thermostat included in our install but the installers said it was not in with all of the parts that were received for the install and that someone would come back and install it the

they lied to sale a new air conditioner after filling my old unit with the wrong type Freon which will cause it to failthe installed the wrong size
on 4/17/air time came to service my ton *** air conditionerthey filled the unit with 410A Freon which was the wrong type Freon the tech told me that the start capacitor was in a failing stage, it was still working but he didn't know how long it would lastand it would be $to replace it I knew that was a $part so didn't allow him to replace iton 4/20/I called them again because the unit was not workingthe tech told me that the compressor had failed and I would need a whole new unithe called his supervisor Matthew *** to confirm his diagnosisI asked again about the start capacitor being the problem He told me no, the compressor locked upMr *** said that due to the size of the house I needed a ton unitI told him that the original one was tonwe disagreed, the next day they installed a thre
