I suppose each side has their own "story"I only want to make others aware of what happened to me and my familyOf course, it's anyone's choice, as to where they maintain their vehicle I didn't complain to do anything other than state the facts for the public and let the business know that what they did was not right IF my grandmother had been satisfied with their services and agreed to allow them to "fix" the truck (whether it is years old or years old), then she would have let them have it back instead of having us pick it up from their lotONCE AGAIN, NOT "fixed" Also, I made no "threatened legal action" statements Bottom line, the "service" that we received for [redacted] was not sufficient and if they couldn't make it sufficient then they should have sent our business away and not just taken the payments for services that couldn't be done correctlyI have proof of services and photos of faulty parts that this company installed and brokeIf the vehicle "wasn't worth the investment", then why did she invest? And why did they accept the work? It is my job as a citizen and business owner to make unaware people aware of such places who perform faulty services and their services and parts were definitely faulty!
