We have been more than gracious in regard to our generosity to Ms***She can feel free to contact the city about another inspectionShe is the one that demanded that the unit be reinstalled from a horizontal position to a verticle oneThis is a matter of completely removing the unit and completely reinstalling it againWe complied, even though it serves no purpose at all except to cause us to spend time, resources and moneyBut, to our credit, we spent the money, thinking this would satisfy herJosh even gifted two WIFI thermostatsBefore we could finish the $worth of work, she was making new demands. Her demand for an entire ceiling replacement over an approximate inch by inch maximum stain on her sheet rock ceiling is ridiculousWe even replaced the damp insulation under the AHU in the atticThere is no smellThere are just demands to which there is no endIncidentally, the city knows exactly what we did because I told them. Even having done as much as we did, over and beyond that which was required, I still wish many years of reliable service to Ms*** in regard to her new air conditioning unitWe will make no further attempts to satisfy Ms***To date, all of our efforts have ended with another demand

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I am contacting the city for another inspection to ensure the unit that was reinstalled vertically is up to codeI had requested Air to Air, Inc to schedule another city inspection, however, this was scheduled since they did not pull a permitI will have to call the city myself and have them come see the unit again. Also, I received quotes for a mold inspection in the amount of $and sheet rock replacement for $1,for the damages done. Besides my home in *** *** **I made the mistake of using the same company for my second home AC replacementThe property located in Bent Bay Trail has also had several issues, were the exterior pipes were not properly sealed and the most recent issue happened this past weekend where there bad connectors which resulted in the unit failing.Due to all this ongoing issues and time taken away from my day job to be personally available in the home, I am seeking a refund for one of the units in the amount of $3,

I have gathered the information from Josh. Mr. [redacted]'s invoice was still on his desk and it had been there for one week. His intention was to refund the $70. This was not being done because of the threat to file a complaint. It just seemed like the right thing to do under these...

circumstances. Mr. [redacted] correctly pointed out that our charge for blowing out drain lines is $130. The reason that [redacted] charged $70 is that since the high pressure of the nitrogen did not move the clog and since there are no snake devices made that are small enough to go through 3/4 inch pvc, he assumed that we would be back out to replace the line. Our charge for a service call, which normally includes a diagnostic, is $70. So, [redacted] charged the minimum. We are very pleased that Mr. [redacted] found a gizmo that worked for him. I cannot tell from here whether he cleared a temporary opening in the line, but his problems may not yet be over. Only time will tell. If the problem returns, it is reasonable to assume that he can reopen the line with the water hose again. Not many people are quite that fortunate because the nitrogen has a lot more pressure, yet would not clear the line.If Mr. [redacted] will call Hailey at our main phone line, 262 4279, she will get his credit card information so we can issue the credit.Thank you,[redacted]

We installed a system for Ms. [redacted] on May 15, 2017. The system was left cooling and never once failed to cool. We did make some mistakes. That is regrettable and we apologized for them. I don’t employ any perfect people. The good news is that when we make mistakes we make amends. That we did....

First, we corrected the problems. Ms. [redacted] was not satisfied. She made some unreasonable demands, some of which we gave her. She decided that she wanted the system changed from the horizontal position to a vertical position. That would require that we remove and reinstall the entire air handling unit along with moving and extending refrigerant lines, ductwork, drain line, etc. She asked for two Wifi thermostats. They are expensive, but we were willing to go the extra mile to please her. Additionally, we replaced the wet insulation under the AHU, by removing the existing insulation and installing the new. We hired a handyman to paint the stain on the ceiling. In all, we spent $1,900.00 in attempt to make Ms. [redacted] happy. Instead, during the reinstall, in 140 degree heat in her attic, she called to make more demands. It had become clear that nothing we did was going to please her. She used language that no human being should have to endure. Being called names does not win points with us. She claims there is a smell. There is no smell. We have had three employees, plus the Handyman that all say there is no smell, yet she wants the sheetrock ceiling replaced. This demand is because there was a one square foot stain on the ceiling. We were very generous to reinstall the unit, which serves no apparent purpose. Never understood that part, but thought it would please her, so we did it. There is apparently nothing we can do at this point to satisfy her. The ceiling replacement is utter nonsense. There is no end to the demands. Still, I hope Ms. [redacted] enjoys her new system.
