I have gathered the information from JoshMr [redacted] 's invoice was still on his desk and it had been there for one weekHis intention was to refund the $This was not being done because of the threat to file a complaintIt just seemed like the right thing to do under these circumstancesMr [redacted] correctly pointed out that our charge for blowing out drain lines is $The reason that [redacted] charged $is that since the high pressure of the nitrogen did not move the clog and since there are no snake devices made that are small enough to go through 3/inch pvc, he assumed that we would be back out to replace the lineOur charge for a service call, which normally includes a diagnostic, is $So, [redacted] charged the minimumWe are very pleased that Mr [redacted] found a gizmo that worked for himI cannot tell from here whether he cleared a temporary opening in the line, but his problems may not yet be overOnly time will tellIf the problem returns, it is reasonable to assume that he can reopen the line with the water hose againNot many people are quite that fortunate because the nitrogen has a lot more pressure, yet would not clear the line.If Mr [redacted] will call Hailey at our main phone line, 4279, she will get his credit card information so we can issue the credit.Thank you, [redacted]

We installed a system for Ms [redacted] on May 15, The system was left cooling and never once failed to coolWe did make some mistakesThat is regrettable and we apologized for themI don’t employ any perfect peopleThe good news is that when we make mistakes we make amendsThat we did First, we corrected the problemsMs [redacted] was not satisfiedShe made some unreasonable demands, some of which we gave herShe decided that she wanted the system changed from the horizontal position to a vertical positionThat would require that we remove and reinstall the entire air handling unit along with moving and extending refrigerant lines, ductwork, drain line, etcShe asked for two Wifi thermostatsThey are expensive, but we were willing to go the extra mile to please herAdditionally, we replaced the wet insulation under the AHU, by removing the existing insulation and installing the newWe hired a handyman to paint the stain on the ceilingIn all, we spent $1,in attempt to make Ms [redacted] happyInstead, during the reinstall, in degree heat in her attic, she called to make more demandsIt had become clear that nothing we did was going to please herShe used language that no human being should have to endureBeing called names does not win points with usShe claims there is a smellThere is no smellWe have had three employees, plus the Handyman that all say there is no smell, yet she wants the sheetrock ceiling replacedThis demand is because there was a one square foot stain on the ceilingWe were very generous to reinstall the unit, which serves no apparent purposeNever understood that part, but thought it would please her, so we did itThere is apparently nothing we can do at this point to satisfy herThe ceiling replacement is utter nonsenseThere is no end to the demandsStill, I hope Ms [redacted] enjoys her new system
