Thanks for all your help as of about weeks ago now everything seems to be better now that they receive notice of me send y'all my first complaint and came back out and made things right and for that I thank them as of now I have no issues . *** ***

The customer who filed the complaint is not 100% accurate in his description
-6/6/12 Air Value Inc. quoted to replace the equipment more than 1 year ago but did not replace equipment.
-6/15/14 Air Value Inc. was called for a leaking unit. I personally checked the unit to find the...

drain was stopped up. I purged the drain and the customer said that it keeps stopping up and that he wanted the unit moved and re-done.  The customer said he only had 1000 dollars to spend on the repair work. This was FATHERS DAY ON A UNIT MY COMPANY DID NOT INSTALL. I informed the customer we would have to get back with him to schedule to quote the repairs he wanted done. At this time the unit was sweating. The registers were sweating and had mildew.
-6/16/14 Air Value came back out to quote the work. A quote was left for [redacted] to Relocate the air- handler, install new drain line, new overflow pan, and build a platform.  Another option was given for a new system. A third option was given that would meet the customers budget to replace the overflow pan, hang the unit with a float switch and install a condensate pump. The customer chose the last option to meet his budget.
-6/18/14 Air Value Inc. installed and leveled secondary drain pan, installed float switch, and installed condensate pump. The customer signed invoice and paid.
-7/24/14 The customer called and said water was coming through the light. A technician was dispatched he checked the unit. As a preventative at no charge the technician sealed the return, purged the drain line, and checked the unit at no charge to the customer.
- The customer has called our personal phones numerous times and has been informed numerous times he is to contact the shop for service not our cell phones. The customer has our cell numbers from when we call to notify we are on the way not because we  tell him to call us.
-The customer has continued to request we perform at no charge work that he has not authorized or been charged for.
-After numerous times of harassing Air Value employees I notified him that we would not be performing work for him. 
-His desired settlement : (For everything that was talked about an everything that was put on paper to be done) 
-My answer: Air Value Inc. quoted 9,476.00 to install new system if the customer wishes for everything that was put on paper to be done.
-Our quote was on 6/16/14 invoice [redacted]
-The price was charged on 6/18/14 invoice # [redacted]when work was completed. Both the invoice and the quote have the same description.
