My husband and I had at least other companies come out and give us an estimate on upgrading our A/C unitWe weren't pleased with the price they quoted or their service, so I decided to search Angie's list for a company with "A" reviews only and that's when I found Air Velocity (our blessing!)I read the company's reviews on multiple sources and they were all positive and consistentSo I called the company and spoke to Jerry Smith (owner) and explained our situationI was very impressed with his experience in the industry and extensive knowledgeSo he came out for a consultation and was very thorough on setting our expectations and educating us on what we needed to achieve our objectiveThe best part was his price was so competitive, that we hired his services on the spot and scheduled our install for the following week! The installation process was very quick and smoothBefore he left, he walked me through all of the work he did, went over the warranty paperwork, and explained a few important points on how to operate our new unitWe couldn't have asked for a better company to help us with our situation! We HIGHLY recommend Air Velocity to anyone in need of hiring a legitimate, honest, reliable and affordable A/C company

Jerry is the best; little quirky, but a good, honest, down to earth tradesman, who obviously loves what he doesHe had us on his schedule within days, and installed a new AC system to a better location than the old one, working through the rain
Could not ask for better communication - fast, efficient, good pricing and no hard up sell; he only offers the services you need and even said he would rather not do something for us, as the labor costs would be too high and something we can easily do over time

WowI am completely speechlessJerry and his team are by far the most professional folks I have ever come across in our years of home ownershipNot only are they extremely knowledgable in their field, but they step it up and work in a very clean mannerThey covered all of the floors where they were walking in and out of the houseThey were very cautious to make sure they didn't scratch or damage anything in the houseOnce they were finished, I looked over all of their work and I was absolutely amazedTheir workmanship is so clean it looks like a robot did itAll of their custom ductwork looked like a work of art
All in all we had them install a brand new Trane seer, ton system along with the related duct work and suchThe new system is a world of difference from our 18yr old Trane systemThe house gets cool in 1/of the time and the humidity levels are much lower

Air Velocity did an excellent job replacing my AC and furnace in August 2016, and Jerry (the owner) mentioned at that time that my ducts would need to be replaced soonThey barely had any insulation left and they were wrapped in sheet plastic that was meltingThey were basically falling apartI asked for a quote, and then finally scheduled the repair a year and a half laterNot only did Jerry honor the original price quoted, but they repaired a few places that weren’t included in that quoteI also want to note that when they replaced my AC, they charged $2,less than the “discounted” quotes I had received from other companies that did not have the excellent reviews that Air Velocity doesJerry is honest and does superior work for a more than reasonable priceI recommend Air Velocity to everyone I know
