On 6-15-Our A/C froze overAir Zone promptly came out and diagnosed that my coils had a hole and freon had leaked outDue to my home warranty it would take a week or so to repair the coilsWith having degree weather we felt that waiting was not an option plus our A/C was years old so we decided on a new systemAir Zone offered us a $deduction in the price so we had the new one installedThey came out at 8am the next morning and went to work By 3pm we had nice cool airThey were exceptional workers and cleaned up all their messWe are delighted with Air Zone and highly recommend them

Excellent service, any problems dealt with promptly

AC went out on Friday, and through the home warranty company, we had to use AirZoneThe tech came out on Monday morning, and "fixed" the AC, and gave us a whole list of problems that ended up not even being trueTo add insult to injury, the AC was back out again less than hours later
Tuesday morning, we had a more trustworthy company come and take a look at the AC, told us everything the first tech told us was less than accurate, and offered to fix the problem on the spotUnfortunately, for the warranty company to cover it, it has to be done with AirZone, so another AirZone "tech" was sent out
The second tech arrived, and told us the issue was not even an AC issue, WHAT?! Also, he smelled like beer, and acted very unprofessionally

Recently Air Zone came to my home and repaired my AC systemTHis service was provided by my home arrenty companyThier technition Brian did an outstanding job repairing our systemWe were his last call of the day yet he was friendly, polite, energetic and kept us informated every step of the way of our repair
He did the repair and did an outstanding job of minimizing any disruption in our household, he cleaned up his worksite and spent extra time doing further cleaning around our system
I would recomend him and AirZone to any of my friends

I want to file a complaint about Air Zone Air Conditioning and Heating as well I have
AHS and this company was dispatched to my home after I complained that my AC was not cooling They came out on 8/27/15, and said I needed a new compressorOne was ordered and installed on 9/3/15, along with pounds of freon Everything was fine until the air started to get warm again in my houseI called them again & they came back out on 9/14/15, and told me that my evaporator coil had holes in it and they would be back the next day to replace it They came back the next day only to inform me that it would be taken out and sent to a shop to have the holes plugged up and once that is done they would be back to install it On 9/25/15, they installed the evaporator coil, flushed the drain line and added leak seal The next day water started leaking trough the ceiling beam in my family room, I called them and they came out on the 9/26/15, drained the overflow pan and flushed the drain line againSunday night I had leaking again in the ceiling of my family room and called them againThey sent out a tech around 4:p.mon Monday, Sept27, 2015, and I was advised that the air handler was not leveled when they put the air coil back in which caused the water to drip down into the vent He leveled it as best as he could with my help and that lasted until Septand the water started dripping again through my ceiling beam and when I called them back I was told to call AHS They have assigned another company to come out and that company will not be able to come out until Friday afternoon I have active dripping of water from my ceiling while I wait until Friday Oct2, for someone to come out Air Zone has been to my house times since I first placed my initial call for service on August 27, 2015, which is absolutely unacceptable and atrocious! I have never dealt with a company as bad as they are and I have told AHS I read the reviews on them previously and told AHS to assign me to another company and they would not do so It was not a surprise to me that they could not fix my problem since several complaints have been filed against them already I would never use them and will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

We recently had a new HVAC installed and it was a pleasure having Air Zone do the jobVery reasonable on pricing, prompt professional work and everyone I spoke to was very helpfulThe installers went out of their way making sure the job was done correct and even patched up leaky air ducts I highly recommend them!

We have Choice Home Warranty on our home and have had Air Zone dispatched twice to service HVAC problemsOn both occasions the Air Zone personnel did a good job and were very professionalAny issues that came up were with *** ***, not Air ZoneI'd recommend Air Zone

Daniel came to my home June 19, to clean my AC he did a fine job and has great customer serve skill I've been using Air Zone since of moved here in this was the best service Daniel did come to my home last month to repair a wire and the serve was the same He's great he reminds me of my grandson

First used Air Zone through my home warranty company Discontinued my home warranty because of poor service but kept Air Zone because they've always been helpful, professional and friendly

AirZone provided me with prompt service and competitive prices for a new Trane air conditioning system. Work was scheduled at a convenient time and their techs arrived promptly and completed the job in a timely manner. A couple of minor issues were addressed and corrected the next day at a convenient time. The system works very well and we're pleased with the new unit.

Unit working fine now. PERFECT!!!! Highly recommend!!!
