MR [redacted] WORK HAS BEEN COMPLEATED AND INSTALLED SINCE JUNE 29, 2017WE RETURNED TO ADDRESS SOME ISSUES ON THIS JULY 10, 2017, AFTER SEEING THE WORK COMPLEATED WE AGREED IT DID NOT MEET OUR STANDARD OF WORK.WE AGAIN RETURNED AND NO ONE WAS AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT JULY 31, 2016,WE THEN WENT OUT TO DO MORE CHANGES PER CUSTOMER REQUEST ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2017, WHERE EXTENSIVE WORK WAS PERFORMED NOT ON INITIAL CONTRACT AND COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COSTI BELIEVE THIS WORK WAS TO HIS APPROVAL, ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURESINCE HE SEEMS TO BE UNHAPPY WITH ALL OF OUR WORK.ON SEPTEMBER 21, WE WENT OUT AND INSTALLED THE CUSTOMERS CUSTOM RETURN AIR GRILL THAT WAS ORDERED.WE DID SEND OUT A CONTRACTOR OUT ON TO REVIEW THE REPAIRS ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2017ON SEPTEMBER 26, THE CONTRACTOR COMPLETED THE REPAIRSCUSTOMER CALL 09/27/NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK I LET HIM KNOW WE WOULD LET THE CONTRACTOR KNOW AND WE WOULD BE IN CONTACTHE BROUGHT UP HIS PAYMENTS WITH SYNCHRONY AND THAT THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETEDI LET HIM KNOW THE INSTALL HAS BEEN COMPLETE SINCE JUNE 29,THIS IS ALSO THE REGISTRATION DATE FOR HIS WARRANTYHE BECAME IRRATE AND DEMANDED WE RE-MOVE THE SYSTEMI ASKED IF THE SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING HE SAID NO, IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE BUT THAT THE WORK WAS NOT FINISHEDI LET HIM KNOW THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETE AND THAT WE WOULD NOT BE REMOVING THE EQUIPMENTAS FAR AS THE PATCHWORK, IF HE WANTED TO HIRE SOMEONE OF HIS CHOOSING I WOULD BE OKAY WITH THAT SO THAT HE WOULD BE HAPPYWE HAVE STRIVED TO MEET MR [redacted] EXPECTATIONS, HOWEVER, WE HAVE FALLEN SHORT AND THIS DOES CONCERN US AS WE DO CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMER'S CONCERNSI WOULD ALSO LIKE TO NOTE THAT THE ADDITIONAL WORK HE ASKED TO BE COMPLETED WAS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL WORK ORDER, HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO MR [redacted] HE WAS PROMISED THESE ADDITIONAL CHANGES SO I HONORED THEM SHOWING OUR GOOD FAITHWE HAVE REQUESTED THAT HE BE PRESENT AT TIME OF APPOINTMENTS WHICH HE HAS NEVER BEEN ATHE HAS ALWAYS HAD HIS DAUGHTER [redacted] PRESENT (WHO LIVES IN THE HOME) AND GAVE HER AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN ON HIS BEHALFWE WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN ORDER TO MEET OUR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION AND WE DO ASK THAT HE BE THERE AT THE APPOINTMENT

Terrible, terrible, terrible Set an appointment ford my ac to be fixed We are in our house for four days without AC before the scheduled time, which by the way was a HOUR window! Then, on the day of the appointment, after waiting HOURS, I called them and they tell me there was "an emergency" and they'd have to reschedule! The lady on the phone, "Christina", was completely apathetic She could not care less that A) they could have called ME and told me to reschedule much earlier and B) there was only one available time slot for the next day which would not work for me due to doctor's appointmentNow, here we sit in a hot house, in August, waiting for another company to call back for an appointment that probably won't happen for several more days Totally unacceptable behavior This company is dead to me

I had Air Inccome out and look at my A/C unit that was not working, they gave a window from 12-4pm4pm rolled around and no one shows upI called and they said "oh I didn't even realize it was already, the technician will be about an hour to an hour and half late." Didn't even get a phone call telling me this when they clearly already knew! On top of that they charged me $170, just for the guy to say yeah you need this part, we will check if its under warranty, but its Friday afternoon so you have to wait until MondayMonday comes and no phone call until 6:30pm, the technician telling me its not under warranty (which it is; unit is under a year old) and wanted to charge me another $for parts and laborTold him I'll get back to him on it, an hour later the technician calls and says, "are you a first time customer?" ( I am) "I can do this job cheaper between me and you"REALLY?? so unprofessional! I did not do any more business with this company
