I have had airamedics work on my A/C unit for the past year. We have had several a/c companies service our units over a several year period, but none of them compare to the fast prompt service airamedics has given us. Last year we had one of our units burn out and the home warranty company (one guard) refused to replace our unit and just wanted to replace the parts even though the unit had been rebuilt five different times. each time it was rebuilt it was never done right. Airamedics was called out to us after multiple complaints about these other companies. The tech looked over our unit and said the unit has been done so many times that there isn't much more anyone can do for this unit and recommended the unit be replaced. Home warranty refused to do so but airamedics stepped up and fought so diligently for us and the home warranty gave in, they replaced our unit. One year has passed and our unit is still running with no problems. Now we have an issue with our other unit and they have once again gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you so much airamedics. I still and will always recommend this company to family and friends. Save your self the hassle of dealing with other a/c companies call airamedics.

Airamedics phone staff and technicians were very professional and polite. The technicians actually spent the extra time to monitor my A/C unit while it charged and ran. They worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. It was 108 degrees today so their quick turn-around was absolutely vita to me and my family. Thank you Airmedics!

Our thermostat kept going up even though the a/c was on. We smelled a burning smell coming from the attic. Airamedics diagnosed it as a burned out blower motor, replaced it for $350. Said cause of problem was dirty filter and recommended changing it monthly. Was courteous and professional. We used Airamedics because a friend recommended them and because they were the first techs we could get to fix our A/C that day.

On July 1, 2013 we had the guys from Airamedics, LLC come out to service our Air Conditioner. They were very nice and seemed very knowledgable. They performed the service in a fast and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again for the great service.

Josh came out today to do a A/C tune up and he was very thorough and polite, and while he did mention a few items to keep an eye on he was not pushy about having extra work done (that may or may not be needed). I feel very comfortable with josh and Airamedics and would recomend them to anyone.

Josh of Airamedics is a class act. Very professional. Super knowledgeable. Very clear communicator. Straightforward and normal kind of a guy. In our home he had several challenges to deal with as he went over options and made recommendations. He asked good questions to get the information he needed in order to recommend a solution. He gave us several options and then waited to see if he won the job. He did. He followed through perfectly and went WAY above and beyond in catering to our multi-faceted home makeover timeline. The end result is a home HVAC system that has now been tested in both hot and cold weather. It is all set up just right. We are super happy with the product and with Josh and his team. The repair person for Airamedics showed up promptly, had a clean appearance and performed the repairs on both of my air conditioning units promptly and effectively. As he was leaving he explained what the issues were and then offered to come back and fix any issues on the units free of charge if anything else surfaced. I would recommend them as a service for repairs of your air conditioning or heating.

I will recommend this company to anyone. They made every effort to get to my house to fix my ac unit even those they were swamped. When they were here they were very professional and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the ac unit. They are also very friendly and informative.

We have a home warranty and Airamedics is the company that was called to fix our AC issue. They were very pleasant to deal with-- not only calling to let us know they were on their way, but to inform us parts ordered had arrived. Airamedics was engaged to repair the A/C on my condo in Anthem, AZ. The technician determined that there were no mechanical problems with the unit and opined that someone had drained the Freon from it. He recharged the unit with 11 lbs of Freon and charged me $600.

He was wrong. There was a serious leak in the unit and all the Freon he had put in subsequently leaked out in five days.

Calling him we got only an answering machine. Since the outside air temp was 108 that day I immediately called a local Anthem A/C repair guy. He found the leak immediately and recharged the unit with Freon. Finally contacted, Airamedics owner [redacted] refused to accept responsibility for his failed repair effort and refused to refund any part of the $600. Call me at [redacted] to get the name and Ph number of the guy I used to fix Airamedics botched work.
