I went to drop off a $deposit for the 9th Ave Apartments on Oct30, 2018, for one of their propertiesThe following morning my husband received a job offer in Jacksonville, so I went straight to the 9th Ave Apartments on Oct31, to let the front desk person know that we will not be moving to one of their properties, because now we have to move out of town in weeksSo I asked for the deposit back, which had been less than hours since I dropped it off, the lady told me they don't return depositsNow keep in mind, I never was given any paper work to sign, and I never was made aware of my deposit being nonrefundable, until this situation

I had work performed from APR on my toy hauler on 10/12/and on Thanksgiving weekend I hauled my toy hauler to Glamis and backI had to take it back into APR because there was a part of the frame that I was having issues with, which is why I took it in in the first placeThe owner told me they never looked at or repaired any part of the frame and that I never mentioned anything about the frame even though on the invoice they charged me to "check for frame damage in under front bay ***will advice if additional supplement"The insurance went ahead and paid a supplement to reinforce the frame which again was why I took it to them in the first place When I went to pick up my toy hauler the tag that identifies who owns the vehicle had the work *** above my last name with then a picture of a *** under my last name!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen or heard of and I would never recommend this company to anyone because of there poor and lack of customer service!
