The Kiwanis Club in Milton Freewater, to which I am a member and the sound system representative, purchased a complete sound system for playing music at various functions around the local area and community on 2/6/One speaker was replaced back in or early Approximately years ago, in early I had complained that there was a crackling noise in one of the speakers againFrom that time in early to 7/31/I continually tried to get the problem resolved with no luckI was told the speaker was on it's way and was being tested to the mixer board is being dropped shipped to my personal homeFinally got this company to look at the equipment on 9/26/and it was determined that the "mixer board" was faulty as company had spoken with the manufacturer to confirmCompany had said they would honor their warranty and mixer board would be replacedIt is now 1/2/and I am still waiting for this to be taken care of and replacedI have gotten every conceivable excuse man could come up with to dateThe last one being 1/2/@ 9:23am was "well as this is the first work day since Christmas break I would say I responded quickly." I have lost all patience with this company and will file complaintsIf you so much as look at this company for anything, YOU ARE MAKING A BIG MISTAKEFair warning
