Im not sure I understand.....a refund of his $deposit is rejected? There isnt anything else we can do except give him a refund, could I get a clarification of what exactly that means? So now he doesnt want a refund?

I did not receive a refund from [redacted] for the deposit he indicated he would provide by end of day on July 1st to my PayPal account: [email protected] . My desposit was paid through this account and would expect refund to this account.
If there's a delay or other avenue that the deposit was made, a communication was not provided to me, yet.
