Airborne Texas Air

I got a new heater and AC unit put in by the company on 10/3/19. It has broken down 3 times in January, 1/12, 1/19, and 1/31. Each time the company was difficult to get a hold of and took a long time to get it fixed on 1/19, which is a Sunday. I got a hold of someone and they said they would be out first thing Monday morning. When they no called, no showed, I called again. They didn't realize it was MLK day and would be out Tuesday morning. A guy came out and said he needed to order a part. I called them daily to figure out when the could come fix it. I let them know my two year old nephew was coming to visit for the weekend so the heat must be fixed by Friday. They said they would have it fixed by then. Friday comes around and I finally get someone to talk to and they never ordered the part. They come back out to diagnose the problem again. We set an appointment to have it fix Tuesday before 2. They no called no showed. I got a hold of someone and they said we would be the first house Wednesday morning. No called no showed. I called, emailed, went by the office and no one has responded to any attempts to reach them. They finally showed up unannounced on 1/30 and got the heater working again. On 1/31 it was no longer working. I set up two appointments through their website, which has now been taken down. They no called no showed to both appointments. First one was on 1/31 and second on 2/3. Since we have a warranty with the company, parts and labor should be free but due to lack of communication I've had to pay to get another company to come out and fix it.
