Airborne Tickets

Purchased event tickets. event was cancelled. Stated I would be issued a refund in 3-4 working days. That was July 16, 2017.
On July 12,2017, I ordered tickets for LA Soul festival at Exposition Park online via Holdmyticket.com.The event was for 07/16/2017. The price for the tickets was $266.16.On 07/16/2017, the day of the concert, I received an e-mail stating the event was cancelled.Full refunds were supposed to be issued within 3-4 working days.I found out if you didn't get your refund by July XX XXXX, we wouldn't be receiving a refund.We were given an e-mail address for ***@airbornetickets.com but to no avail. The comment was made for us to contact our credit card agency or bank to have them reverse the charges.

Airborne Tickets advertised for their event "The LA Soul Music Festival" and sold tickets to said event through a number of merchants including the ticketing platform www.holdmyticket.com. The LA Soul Music Festival was to be a three-day music festival scheduled to occur July 14th through July 16th. On April 11th, I purchased a ticket to the third day of the music festival (July 16th) for $78.52 through the holdmyticket.com ticketing platform. On the third day of the music festival - July 16th, the event was canceled. On that same day, HoldMyTicket (HMT) notified me that I would receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. When I did not receive a refund within that time and again reached out to HMT, I was instructed to contact Airborne Tickets for further support. I emailed Airborne Tickets on July 22nd and again on July 26th regarding the status of my refund, but I never heard back from anyone. At this time, I have not received a credit and the credit card company stated they have no record of a credit issued to my account from Airborne Tickets. Based on the online postings I've seen, several other people also have not received a refund for the canceled event.
