Tell us why here...As a company, Airbound strives to bring exciting rides and extreme adventures to ALL ages to any event we are involved in with safety being our number one priority One of the main safety concerns to any outdoor amusement park ride company is the unpredictable weather, especially here in Colorado Our staff members are equipped with weather trackers at all our Airbound events and are continually watching for any signs of inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions that may jeopardize the safety of the public If at any point our staff feels the safety of the public could be at risk due to any sort of weather condition, they are required to shut down immediately This unfortunately was the case at the event in question Unfortunately, this means that people who had already purchased a ticket and were standing in line, were unable to enjoy our piece of equipment that day.As with many other amusement park policies, we have a no refund policy on any tickets sold at our events This policy which clearly states: “No refunds given, even in the instance of inclement weather” is posted on both the ticket counter as well as on the tickets themselves to ensure that everybody is aware of this policy prior to the purchasing of tickets With this policy being posted, we are not liable to give any refunds due to the ride being shut down because of weather However, at this specific event, the staff contacted the owner and together came to an agreement to offer refunds since we had to close so early into the start of the main event and that it was the last day of the fair The client of the event was present to witness these refunds being givenIn response to seeing our "employees go to the extent of getting physical with people" it was determined that after our staff was required to shut down the piece of equipment, the staff member had politely asked an individual repeatedly to remove the harness he was wearing This individual was upset that the ride was being shut down and refused to remove the harness, at which time our staff was forced to un-clip and remove the harness themselves No other physical altercations were noted at this event. We apologize to anybody who purchased tickets and were unable to enjoy our piece of equipment that day However, we feel that we followed all Airbound policies and procedures regarding public safety that day and even went above and beyond our posted refund policy After many years in the event entertainment industry, we will continue to provide the best service possible to ensure that anybody enjoying our equipment has a safe and fun time!

especially here in Colorado.  Our staff members are equipped with weather trackers at all our Airbound events and are continually watching for any signs of inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions that may jeopardize the safety of the public.  If at any point our staff feels the safety of the public could be at risk due to any sort of weather condition, they are required to shut down immediately.  This unfortunately was the case at the event in question.  Unfortunately, this means that people who had already purchased a ticket and were standing in line, were unable to enjoy our piece of equipment that day.As with many other amusement park policies, we have a no refund policy on any tickets sold at our events.  This policy which clearly states: “No refunds given, even in the instance of inclement weather” is posted on both the ticket counter as well as on the tickets themselves to ensure that everybody is aware of this policy prior to the purchasing of tickets.  With this policy being posted, we are not liable to give any refunds due to the ride being shut down because of weather.  However, at this specific event, the staff contacted the owner and together came to an agreement to offer refunds since we had to close so early into the start of the main event and that it was the last day of the fair.  The client of the event was present to witness these refunds being given. In response to seeing our "employees go to the extent of getting physical with people" it was determined that after our staff was required to shut down the piece of equipment, the staff member had politely asked an individual repeatedly to remove the harness he was wearing.  This individual was upset that the ride was being shut down and refused to remove the harness, at which time our staff was forced to un-clip and remove the harness themselves.  No other physical altercations were noted at this event. We apologize to anybody who purchased tickets and were unable to enjoy our piece of equipment that day.  However, we feel that we followed all Airbound policies and procedures regarding public safety that day and even went above and beyond our posted refund policy.   After many years in the event entertainment industry, we will continue to provide the best service possible to ensure that anybody enjoying our equipment has a safe and fun time!
