As the owner of SynergyOne Solutions, I have researched the issue and I? have been in communication with the person who submitted? the complaint.My company entered into an agreement with a condominium management company to clean dryer vents for a group price which stipulated that the work be
performed on consecutive days.? ? Of the forty units,? units? where not able to be scheduled during the time my company was dispatched to perform the work.To perform individual units on non-consecutive days at the group rate will cause me to lose money on the job.I fully acknowledge that our lack of effective communication with the potential customer was not acceptable and this has been addressed with my staff.? I am very sorry for the frustration that was experienced.? We can still perform the work, however, we? need to coordinate the cleaning? so that? units are? cleaned at the same time.?
