Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: AIRCOM WIRELESS Company Contact: MIKE Company Phone: Company Email: [email protected] Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: Response: Miss [redacted] filed a complaint against me on 08-01-she came to store and bought a [redacted] and I told her its a refurbished phone its not a brand new phoneshe left and couple of hours later came back asked me to give her money back and I told her there is no money back all sales are final but still I can exchange the phone for you but you have to give me til Monday since it was weekendthen she started cursing me out in Spanish and she knew I didn't know any Spanish yet she kept on saying things in Spanishall of my other customers told her to just come back on Monday he said he will exchange the phone for you but she started getting mad at my customer too like why are you interfaring in my business so one of customer was like mam im just trying to help you outbut she really got mad at themso finally she came back on 08-03-2015(Monday) and I happily exchanged the phone for her which costs $more than what she paidand I didn't even charge her any differenceso this matter was already sorted out on 08-03-and after that I haven't heard anything g from her so why did she even complain? its very strangeSent on: 8/13/1:43:PM Sent by: [redacted]
