This letter is response regarding to customer's complaint under Revdex.com complaintsWe, as Auntie Pasta's,cannot refund any money and we can explain numerous waysOne of the reason is we do not have access from the previous owner with gift cardsMany people came here to use gift cards and we treated appetizer by spend Our Own Money to come up with solution plus we tell all the customers they can talk with the previous owner to get money refunded or they can be credit in their restaurantIn addition, since we cannot access their data, we cannot even check if the money is inside of the cards.We did not have any troubles with any other customers before and this time they think they shouldn't have to chase someone for this, and what about usWe could've negotiate with the customer like any other customers instead of complaining on the Revdex.comThey did not even wanted to talk about it.We think the best way and professionally to handle this situation is to provide complimentary appetizer and have a great dinner and enjoy time as they expected, and get the money refunded from past owner who can give money refunded or get credited in their restaurantNobody stole their money there is solution to figure it out together
